This hotel was a real gem, with And attached bar and nearby restaurants. It's right in City Center and super close to the train and bus stations. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was clean and even had a balcony.

The location was excellent. Really just minutes from the railway station, so it was very walkable. I loved the staff at the front desk, kind and helpful. I had a single room, that is smaller, but includes everything you need, it was perfect. The breakfast is great, the lady makes the cappuccino with the foam and particularly kind. I would definitely return.

Toller Aufenthalt mit einem kleinen Wermutstropfen. Ich war insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch und war für meine Pläne ideal. Ein riesiges Lob geht zudem an das Personal – alle waren super nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Einen Stern muss ich jedoch abziehen: Ich hatte explizit ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass leider alle Zimmer mit Balkon ausgebucht seien. Auch an den darauffolgenden Tagen wurde leider kein entsprechendes Zimmer frei. Das war enttäuschend, da ich mich bewusst wegen des Balkons für diese Buchung entschieden hatte. Fazit: Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit tollem Service, aber bei der Zimmerzuteilung hätte ich mir mehr Verlässlichkeit gewünscht.

Ci tornerei sicuramente

Convenient location near most of the tourist activities and Castello district. Rooms were clean and staff were great. Only complaint would be the lack of working facilities. A couple of plugs didn’t work and the AC was very temperamental.

Allt fungerade utan problem. Det är väldigt lyhört, vilket märktes när tidiga morgonresenärer lämnade.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Italia. Very comfortable room, great location, and nice staff.

Möjligt att checka in dygnet runt vilket var toppen och bra läge på hotellet nära centralstationen, restauranger och gator att strosa på. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade först inte vilket fixades av personal men fortsatt knappt gav någon effekt. Och tyvärr inhet balsam bland hygienartiklarna. Ok frukost med trevlig utsikt från en takterass.

Ottima accoglienza, bella la hall, camera spaziosa, ottima la colazione in terrazza, l’unica nota negativa in bagno molto piccolo e molto datato. Non ha parcheggio e si raggiunge a piedi.
