Everything was decent. No complaints.

Kaunis hotelli joen rannalla, sisältä siisti ja palvelualtis henkilökunta. Valitettavasti huoneen valaistus oli on/off joka kieltämättä hankaloitti illan ja yön liikkumista. Lisäksi huoneen lämmönsäätely ei reagoinut millään tavalla säätöyrityksiin.

Highly recommended! Hotel is clean and comfortable with spacious room. The light can be brighter though and it is a little bit inconvenient for the elderly to mount the step to go to the bathroom and toilet. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and very responsive even before my arrival to help me receive several books I ordered online. They had the room all set up and placed my books in when I arrived. what a surprise! The lady in the breakfast area warmly welcomed us every morning and made sure we had things needed. The breakfast choice can be richer, but eating while enjoying the riverside morning is a pleasure. Happy stay in summary and thanks.

Beautiful room with a small terrace overlooking the canal. Very quiet, even though it is central to the main square and on the canal. Very cheerful and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable with a big shower and even a toilet that washes you with warm water which was a first for me! We will definitely stay here when we are in Ghent again.

Very comfortable, excellent location, parked our car and walked everywhere. We used the tram to get to the train and took the train to Bruges for the day. The staff had great recommendations for eating and all were a 2-5 minute walk.

Fantastic hotel in a wonderful location. The room was large and very comfortable. Staff were excellent. It’s an old classic building so you could here a little noise from the rooms above.

This is a stunner of a hotel right in the old center of Ghent. Lovely room and bar/lobby. Because we were on a roadtrip for F1 we had a car which was accommodated by the underground garage. (We had a Volvo XC60, and it was a bit of a squeeze even though not full, so best if you have a smaller car to maneuver.) Nothing but positive feedback and highly recommend staying at the Harmony.

We loved the location on the canal but not in a super busy area. It was walkable to so many things! The food was good and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Ghent, smart and stylish, view out over the canal, nice bar and restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommended.

A great property with brilliant character. Central to bustling centre but room balcony doors keep the noise out. Great breakfast, lovely staff. Our stay fell during a heatwave, the amazing aircon provided a cool haven.

Brilliant room in great hotel in super location.

Our favourite hotel of our Europe trip. Located on the Main canal of Ghent we were so close to everything we wanted to see but also just off to the side so it was nice and quiet at night. We loved the unique design and tall ceilings of the building. The room was modern and clean but still had historic charm. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. We didn’t have a view but we faced the courtyard which was nice and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again.

This Hotel has everything you could want in a visit to Ghent. The staff was exceptional and very welcoming.

The hotel was conveniently located and walkable to all of the tourist areas of Ghent. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were disappointed with the breakfast buffet and it seemed that items were not replenished so if you arrived at breakfast later some items were very picked over. We only had one breakfast as we felt it not worth the price. The room was large and obviously an accessible room. We did not like the bathroom which had huge double sliding glass doors and the shower was open to the whole bathroom. Water sprayed all over the floor so every towel was used after wards to soak up the water so we didn’t slip. The curtains did not wrap around the windows so as soon as the sun came up the room was bright. We like a dark room for sleeping. It’s a nice hotel with very helpful staff but the design concept was not for us.
