Great location between train station and centro storico. Rooms are nice, staff is great. Had trouble with thermostat and needed to open window to cool room.

Hatte ein Einzelzimmer im 2ten Stock. Das Zimmer war ruhig. Auch wurde gut geheizt. Ein grosses gut ausgestattetes Bad mit Licht am richtigen Ort überraschte mich. Ebenso ein hervorragendes Frühstück.

Forse Qta é la prima volta che faccio una recensione completa 1. Struttura dell'albergo carina 2. X un 4 stelle nessun ombrello x gli ospiti inaccettabile 3.Colazione scarsa e di bassa qualità 4. Niente ciabatte in camera 5. Pavimento ultra scivoloso in doccia e fuori doccia 6. Scalino per andare in camera da letto senza segnaletica. Sono caduto e nessuno si é preoccupato nonostante abbia segnalato 7. tappeto in stanza sporco 8. Niente ristoranti nei paraggi se nn dei fast food. 9. Personale alla reception da 1 stella 10. Non é stata offerta la culla per la bambina di 1 anno 11. Nessun seggiolone disponibile per bambini a colazione 10. Non sono stato bene e non ci torno più mi spiace In qto caso l'albergo va declassato ma sopratutto i gestori e il personale devono essere formati per 1 4 stelle. Mi spiace per la recensione negativa ma purtroppo non ci siamo proprio

Oikea vanhan ajan tyylihotelli, aivan rautatieaseman tuntumassa. Hotellin miljöö henkii menneiden vuosikymmenten loistoa; paljon tauluja käytävien, huoneiden ja ruokasalin seinillä, upea pihaterassi ja avulias henkilökunta. Ehdottomasti hinta/laatusuhteelta hyvä. Kävelymatka kaupungin tärkeimpiin nähtävyyksiin, vanhan kaupungin barokkiaarteisiin. Ainoa pieni miinus siitä, että aamiainen olisi voinut olla monipuolisempi.

Great location and building however several minor issues culminated in irritation and disappointment.. no plugs in sinks, batteries low in Tv control ,kettle and mugs but no spoons tea sugar not replaced.Last morning a lot of breakfast choices not available. No croissants lady staff member very rude..Hard to comment on staff 2 in breakfast. No real interaction with us at reception

Breakfast was incredible and plentiful. Fresh fruit and vegetables with Salento products. Room was spacious but a bit outdated. However that is the style of the hotel. We could not use the pool due to bad weather but the pool area seemed nice.

We had a 3 night stay and booked 2 rooms - 1 for my wife and I, and another for our 2 teenage boys. The Hotel as expected had a nice old world feel to it and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, continuously replenished and offered plenty of choice. The pool was a welcome benefit given the heat of the August sun. Alas problems with the showers in both rooms and the poor service to get them repaired is what leaves us underwhelmed by our stay. We arrived late on the first night and the next morning found our shower to be completely non-functional. The shower in the boys room, worked but would not stay in place so had to be held in your hand while you showered. The first morning we all had to endure this ritual. We reported the issues to reception that morning. On our return in the late afternoon, no action had been taken and we again reported it before leaving for dinner. Arriving back we found that the problems still not had been addressed and we made do with the broken fixture in the boy's room once more. The issues were finally resolved only after our second day. Faults happen and repairs are a common thing in hotels, however it was the slowness to respond, the fact that we received no acknowldgement of the delays or an apology on leaving that really spoiled this stay for us. Unfortunately providing 2 rooms in poor state of repair then taking 2 days to react and repair is not what one would expect from what claims to be a 4 star hotel.
