L endroit est paradisiaque et les chalets sont confortables le petit déjeuner est correct , on a eu un soucis avec la télécommande qui n était pas disponible dans la chambre et après réclamation chez plusieurs personnes on a pu l avoir jusqu’au troisième jour , veille de notre départ . L hygiène aussi est à revoir , quelques cheveux dans l appartement , les draps et les serviettes étaient terni .

We had an extremely negative experience with this hotel. We arrived in Budapest around 2 a.m. and went straight to the hotel, which is far from the city center. Upon arrival, the receptionist said there was no reservation under my name, Rafael, even though it was active in the Hoteis.com app and we had the voucher. He claimed the reservation was canceled, that the hotel was full, and that nothing could be done, refusing any alternatives or help. We were with our entire family, including my 8-year-old son and my 60-year-old mother-in-law, and were left alone in an unfamiliar city, in the middle of the night, in very cold weather, with all our luggage, without any support from the hotel or Hoteis.com. To secure a stay at another hotel, we faced many troubles and extra costs, totaling around 200 euros, including taxi, meals, and the difference in accommodation, and had to handle everything ourselves. Later, it became clear there was a miscommunication between the hotel and Hoteis.com. The hotel mistakenly interpreted a cancellation inquiry as an actual cancellation, while the reservation was never canceled and remained active in the app. Even after this error, the hotel’s response was terrible, showing no empathy, providing no solutions, and offering no support. I strongly recommend extreme caution before choosing this hotel, so no one else has to face the distressing situation we experienced.

The room was okay. The room is more suited for families with kids. It clearly had not been updated in many years. The food made me sick. I could not eat my dinner. That being said and I had asked them to take the dinner off my bill. They did not and I got to pay for my dinner that they clearly knew made me sick. It was pretty awful. My mom’s food and my cousin’s food was okay. Not great by any means. So we only stayed there one night and that was too long. I was charged for the one night and my mom got charged for the same night. They did not have any of the services that my Mom thought they had, like a shuttle going to various locations in Budapest. We were out in the middle of nowhere and had to take a $60 cab ride from the train station. We left and stayed at a lovely hotel for nine days in Budapest. I was sad that it was such an awful experience. I really didn’t want to have to switch hotels. I never complain, but this was too much. Sorry.

Shower supplies would be nice for travellers. I think separate fan/light makes it easier for night time use.

In the nature, but close to the city by car.

Kamer was niet proper, vooral keuken, zowel apparatuur als materiaal. Tafels en stoelen aan buitenbar en zwembad steeds vuil en niet afgekuisd. Lakens verouderd. Geen variatie in ontbijtbuffet. Fijn binnen- en buitenzwembad. Mooie omgeving.

We stayed at Petnehazy Aparthotel for about a week (2 adults and 1 child) in a Superior Apartment and were generally satisfied with our experience. The apartment isn’t particularly modern, but that didn’t bother us—it actually added to the property's charm. The main downside, however, was the loud bass noise coming from a nearby event venue. On at least three nights during our stay (including weekdays), the music was quite disruptive and continued into the early morning hours. This is important to know, especially if you’re looking for a quiet, remote location—as we were. It was a significant drawback for us. That said, the pool was a clear highlight and a great source of fun for our child.

The Persian guy on reception was great - very friendly

Die Straße könnte verbessert werden und die Bodenwellen zur Geschwindigkeitsreduzierung sollten markiert sein! Küchenzeile Super, alles da was man braucht, der Gesamteindruck ist sehr gut und wir könnten uns dort auch länger vorstellen zu bleiben, wie nur eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp.

Alt i alt har vi haft en skøn tur. Det var dejligt nemt at tage bus/tog ind til byen og der var kun en kilometer fra hytten til bus 63. Vi handlede selv ind til morgenmad og spiste ellers ude. Der lå en skøn restaurant lidt derfra der hedder Náncsi Néni som var virkelig god. Der spiste vi to af dagene. Rengøringen så vi desværre ikke til. Vi havde de samme håndklæder fra vi kom til vi tog hjem. Dog gik vi selv over og byttede et af dem. Men det undrede os der ikke var rengøring af huset bare en enkelt gang. Da vi spurgte stedet, sagde han man selv skal bede om det. Men på deres egen side, står der, der bliver gjort rent hver dag. Det var lidt surt, da rengøringen allerede var haltende, da vi kom. Der lå hår på puderne og under sengene. Både fredag og lørdag var der højt musik fra en gård lige ved siden af. Det sluttede først kl 3 om natten. Men det er jo ikke stedets skyld. Skøn pool. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Really cute place, nice sauna in the bathroom, lovely location. Nice log cabins. Kitchens very basic but do the job. Restaurant on site also quite basic and closed early. Would go again though.

Staff were really helpful & accomodating. Personal Sauna in chalet 604 was good. Outdoor pool was sufficient & can do with some refurb. We wish there was a telephone outlet from the chalet to the reception so it would be more convenient. Breakfast was amazing, there was a good variety.

Air conditioning wasnt on and outdoor pool was closed. Arrived and couldnt book evening meal due to event. But they seem to accommodate a family later that evening?

Petit chalet de type "Datcha" spacieux et idéal pour passer un séjour de plusieurs jours. A l'occasion nous reviendrons ici. Personnel accueillant!

The hotel is situated in a beautiful and peaceful area...the cottages are very nice. They also offer an indoor pool. We were very disappointed with the cleaning service. For cleaning you have to tell the reception every morning, and eventhough this was done every day with the receptionists being very nice and gentle and contacting the cleaning department int front of US, still cleaning wasn't done and the appartament wasn't washed once in a week.I had to go multiple times myself to collect clean towels from the receptionists, not even mentioning the fact that we had to shower int a filthy shower with towels full of soil for 6 entire days. Breakfast was average.Repeated items every day.

It is an excellent chalet with a sauna, a fantastic view, and nature. There is also a pool for swimming and time with kids and a restaurant for a tasty dinner. Easy check-in and check-out, welcoming, and nice personal.

A warm welcoming, very nicely located place with delicious breakfast. I will have to come back in the summer time. The apartment had all the facilities you need and sauna. Very nice. The breakfast is really touching as beside the standard continental stuff there is something different, a local thing every morning. Very nice. We enjoyed the place very much, although the indoor pool is small, but for what it is, not bad at all. Recommended.

Nice hotel - especially the chalet. The indoor pool is average. Restaurant is also average. Staff are nice.
