Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but generally nice and trying to help. The ski storage room poor, small and no heating. Hotel is excellent situated right beside the slopes but it is not ski in-ski out. All in all the mixed bag

This hotel is gorgeous! Amazing service super accommodating! Loved this hotel and will be staying here again!

Tutto molto bello , confortevole e rilassante . Unico neo gli sdrai della piscina un po' scomodi e pochi .
