It’s a beautiful hotel. Great restaurant, lovely breakfast, fantastic location, very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return!

Das Hotel ist ganz in der nahe vom Hafen und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum Zentrum mit viel Restaurants und Geschaefte. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, renoviert und sehr sauber, gemütliches Bett, ein Safe und ein Minibar gefüllt mit Getraenke - die kostenlos zu bedienen sind. Valet Service ist super- kostet 20 € pro Tag. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls hervorragend mit teichaltiges Buffet, sehr leckeres Gebaeck, Kaesesorten , italienische Wurst Sorten usw- sehr nette , freundliche Service. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden an der Rezeption und jede Sekunde unsere Aufenthalt genossen.Vielen Dank

Ancona kanske inte är det vanligaste besöksmålet för en nord-Europé. Och visst. Vanan med turister lämnar en del i övrigt att önska (bemöttes med oväntad snorkighet på ett par ställen på barer/restauranger). Men hotellet var absolut toppklass! Läget optimalt och allt verkligen till full belåtenhet.

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Palace in Ancona was simply excellent. We were a group of five people, staying in two rooms, and everyone was extremely satisfied with the experience. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The staff were professional, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Our rooms were spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with a wonderful sea view that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was exactly as we had hoped. The hotel’s location is perfect—within easy walking distance of the port, the historic old town, and many restaurants and attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring Ancona. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit every taste. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return. I highly recommend the Grand Hotel Palace to anyone visiting Ancona and looking for comfort, quality service, and an outstanding location.

The Grand Hotel Palace was a great place to stay. The staff were fantastic - always helpful, warm, and welcoming. Breakfast is a nice assortment with the option for freshly cooked eggs. It's a 5 minute walk to several restaurants, bars, and shops.

This hotel was a dream, from the room that offered a view of the sunset over the sea, to the incredibly helpful staff. Initially, I hadn't planned on staying in Ancona at all after I had left the ferry from Croatia, but now I wish I could have stayed longer.

This is an excellent 4* hotel very close to the city centre and port. Very helpful staff on reception with parking on the road just outside the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Very good value. A very enjoyable stopover on our trip to Puglia. We shall return.

Staff were fluent in English and exceptionally pleasant. Safely stored our luggage as we arrived easily and stayed late. Amazing breakfast with various meats, cheeses, yogurt, granola, abundant pastries and barista crafted espresso/cappuccinos included. Most wonderful stay and best value!!

The property is in great condition, but the area by the historic center is pretty run down. Surprisingly, there are a few good jewelry shops and restaurants there. The hotel is right by the port so convenient if you need to travel to other countries. The breakfast offered was excellent with many selections for pastries, fruits, cheese, bread, meat, and coffee including options for soy and almond milk. You can also get made to order eggs and pancakes. Amenities are great, providing toiletries, robe, and slippers. Shout out to Alicia for her exquisite restaurant recommendations, what to see, and making us feel welcomed, including welcoming our service dog. Notably, you have to pay for a cleaning fee although the stay was free for our service dog. Annalisa was also helpful at checkout.

Beautiful room and hotel and very helpful staff

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean with robes and slippers provided. The breakfast was great and omelette and eggs were cooked to order along with fresh fruits and pastries. The hotel was located very near to the old town with lots of restaurants and historical sites.

Will come back for sure!
