Myra at the front desk was amazing!!! Gave us great suggestions for dinner and even called and made reservations on our behalf. The property was centrally located, clean and well maintained. Thank you Myra for a great experience!! We will be back!

Really enjoyed the Hotel . Very well situated near the Basilica S Francesco. Easy walk to the Piazza which has numerous dining options. Assisi itself is a very clean city

A recepção deu um atendimento padrão sem muitas explicações acerca da cidade ou opções no entorno. O hotel é interessante e parece um labirinto, com dois elevadores para acessar o quarto que tem uma vista linda à noite. O hotel tem um terraço quee stá em reforma e quando pronto será um diferencial, pois a vista e o acesso para rua de cima é um privilégio.

This unique and cleverly retrofitted hotel allows for comfort and convenience in the heart of Assisi. The room was clean and in great condition with a bathroom that appeared to be newly renovated. Breakfast was served buffet style with typical meats and cheeses alongside of scrambled eggs and some of the best bacon in Italy. The staff were friendly and helpful every step of the journey. This place will definitely be on my list for future trips with just a short walk to the Basilica of St Francis and the old town square. Parking was arranged but involved a little hike as expected in the old city. Truly a gem and perfect for the single traveler.

My junior suite was just perfect. The shower was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. Great location too.

The room was clean. I felt the shower was tight. It was extremely hot in the room despite the “air conditioning “, which seemed to do nothing. We opened the window to try and cool it off, but there was so much traffic noise. Our understanding was that there was no traffic aloud in the historic area, but that was not the case. For the price we paid and the lack of sleep I would not book this place again.

Staff was super friendly and helpful - spoke English for us which was a lifesaver. They also helped us with dinner recommendations and reservations which was an excellent choice. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety and selection. Would have loved to stay longer.

The hotel facility was modern and clean. The location was also good. The staff and breakfast were excellent. Most hotels are on the the hill and highly recommend taking taxi to get to the hotel.

The staff was fantastic, and the rooms were spotless. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city.

Great hotel in the perfect location. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. My only thing that could have made it better was an earlier breakfast slot. We had to leave early on two mornings of our stay but there was no takeaway breakfast option available. Other than that, it was wonderful.
