Check in was fine and staff were friendly. We had to change rooms after one night but this was sorted promptly and very efficiently done. The room (with balcony) which we had for a week was very clean however the team cleaning the room didn't make up our bed particularly well on a couple of occasions (1st world problem I know!). We ate in the restaurant on one occasion and the food was ok. Waiting staff weren't the friendliest but I guess they'd had a long day and wanted to get finished. Overall, a great location if you are visiting Kaunas old town. Would we stay there again, yes.

The property was very convenient for the river and the old town centre, with many of the attractions and bsrs and csfes within easy walking distance

Nice hotel with blend of old and new building. Good breakfast. Hotel parking not existing so need to park on the street, which can be expensive or not easy to find free of charge (late hours and nights) spot. However, hotel staff advice on this matter.

Excellent reception staff. Our room was spacious and quiet. There’s a nice park nearby with a beautiful playground for kids, and many restaurants nearby.

Room was big and clean. Hotel was near the castle, good location for sight seeing.

Hotel and room were good. Only there was no heating in the room. The reception told me that she will put it on from her end. But nothing really happened. But overall experience was good

Para empezar no me contestan los dos correos que les envié.La chica del check in parecía que la molestaba todo lo que la preguntaba.La limpieza muy mal,tanto el baño como la terraza y la moqueta.la cisterna rota,se lo dije y aún así toda la noche echando agua con lo molesto y poco ecológico que es.No te saludaba ninguna recepcionista ni cuando entrabas ni cuando salías,parecía invisible.Cuando pregunté a la chica por el parkin del hotel puso muy mala cara y me dijo que mejor aparcara fuera,que era gratis el fin de semana.Lo único bueno es que es hotel tanto a nivel interior como exterior muy bonito,en frente del río y pegado al Ayuntamiento.Ubicado cerca del centro.También reseñar que es un hotel muy silencioso,cosa que se agradece y mucho.
