Easy to connect to Stuttgart Main Station and near Shopping Street and restaurant Good Service Staff and Breakfast

I absolutely love the desk staff except the night gentleman who hated on first site. They are upbeat, positive, amd always happy. Congratulations to the Manager. We employ approximately 650 associates in America I would be proud to be their coworker. If I missed tipping any of you, my apologies. You made my stay in Stuttgart wonderful.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe mit äußerst hilfsbereitem Personal. Die Zimmer sind in für Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und sehr gut hinsichtlich der kalten Speisen. Die warmen Speisen haben wir nicht probiert, haben aber etwas zerkocht ausgesehen.

The breakfast was a disappointment, especialy the tea, which they could not make, as well as not serving tea in tea cups. I also found the fresh fruit to be second rate, that means it was not ripe, sweet and did not taste good. I did not find white toast either and did not bother to ask for that as well. The rrom was clean and fine, no issues there.

The hotel needs an update. Location is good but we got attitude at check in. Were told no air conditioning available when we asked at bedtime. We tried to sleep with window open but street noise made sleeping impossible. Way too warm in room to be comfortable! If air conditioning is conditional, they need to let you know that it will be available upon their decision.

Perfect location, modern and super clean, efficient room. And the breakfast buffet is amazing. I will stay there again.

Room was very clean and well maintained and staff are all very helpful. Great hotel for s stay in Stuttgart.

Ordentlich - aber den Preis nicht wert

駅近でスーパーもすぐあるという立地は文句なし。部屋はドイツのホテルらしく質素、そこはかとなく年代を感じる。バスルームが若干寒く感じたが、部屋全体は不愉快ではない。あえて言えば湯沸かしポットがあればよかった。朝食はハム・チーズだけではなく焼きソーセージまであったので、付けても損はなかった。

Convenient location for the Christmas markets but the room needs to be updated. Walls are all scuffed and need to get rid of the carpet. The light on the wall over the bed did not work. Very noisy location. Loud cars and music outside on Main Street until late.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Bad nur mit Einstieg der Dusche in der Badewanne möglich, für ältere Gäste nicht zu empfehlen, Rutschgefahr. Sonst daunere Zimmer. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gut.

The location and hotel room was great. We walked everywhere and had a nice hotel room to come back too each night.

Es war Wochenende, wahrscheinlich war es deswegen so laut von der Straße her (obwohl wir zum Hinterhof schliefen).
