They gave our room away an hour before we got to the property, as someone walked in and wanted a room at a hotel with a pool. They said they tried to reach us, but there were no emails or texts from them. The room was gone and the hotel was full, so we had to go elsewhere.

the first morning, the hot water was not available + noisy at night despite two warnings by me to the staff to reduce noise at local bar. The rest was good, hotel was confortable and clean
