Excellent location but nowhere in the hotel to sit & have a coffee or meet up with other members of our party, we chose to pay on arrival & paid in full(4 rooms booked)a hold was put on my card for €500 the day before arrival and was not refunded until 5 days after we had checked out which was very annoying.

En general tanto las personas que nos han atendido, el desayuno (muy completo tenia todo lo que uno le puede gustar) y la habitación, todo como podiamos esperar...la unica pega es que teniamos bañera en la habitacion y era bastante alta (no muy comoda para el acceso) y luego el flexo de la ducha al elevarlo hacia que se cerrase el agua...una pena...pero en general perfecto, para recomendarlo.

Das Hotel ist auf jedem Fall zu empfehlen, tolle Lage direkt fussläufig zum Marktplatz, guter Preis, sauber, modern und freundliches Personal. Das Auto konnte man gut für 50 Zt am Tag in der Tiefgarage parken. Drei kleine Sachen fehlen aber für die Fünfsterne Bewertung, der Wasserdruck beim Duschen war so gering, haben wir nicht mal so wenig in den USA erlebt, dass man die Fenster überhaupt nicht zum Lüften öffnen konnte und die gemeinsame Bettdecke war zu knapp bemessen für zwei normale Menschen. Aber ansonsten schönes Hotel zu einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhälniss!

Lovely stay , staff were amazing. A shame the website says there's a restauant and bar still attached when there isnt. Apart form that wonderful, in a great location too.

This hotel is easy to access via rental car and has easily accessible onsite parking. Our room was one of the largest my daughter and I shared during our two-week trip and was well appointed. The evening desk clerk was most helpful with helping us plan our evening activities after arriving, including telling us how to witness the evening gas lamp lighting, which we did not know about prior to arriving, and made a couple of recommendations for where to have dinner. We did not know much about Wrocław before visiting other than it looked like a convenient location to break up the drive between Kraków and Berlin as we completed our central European roadtrip. We left with it being one of our favorite stops of the trip and plan to return here and to Poland in general in the future.

Cinque minuti per raggiungere il centro. Nonostante è localizzato su una strada a fote scorrimento è sufficentemente silenzioso. Le stanze sono luminose per le ampie vetrate oscurate con doppia tenda. Pulizia giornaliera accurata. Bagno spazioso ma senza bidet come da tradizione nordica. Ambienti molto profumati. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Non ho informazioni sulla colazione poiché ho preferito farla in piazza Rinek presso una panetteria che consiglio.

Nahe der Altstadt liegendes Hotel ist einwandfrei sauber, komfortabel ( sogar flauschige Bademäntel stehen (liegen) zur Verfügung). Das Frühstücksangebot ist auch groß genug.

Rent og pent, litt varmt kjøleskap, lyd fra veien. Veldig flinke i resepsjonen. Vennlige og blide. Unntatt en person som gjorde og sa kun det hun måtte. Et smil og venlige ord, hilsen når du går forbi manglet på denne personen. De andre var helt perfekt. Flott frokost. Veldig nærme gamlebyen. Lett og ta trikk. Alt du ønsker i gangavstand.

The hotel is very family-friendly with a lot of toys in the room. The location is great since it is close to the old town. Very convenient with a garage although it requires great driving skills since it is very narrow.

Good location

Probably one of the most spacious rooms we’ve stayed in and with beautiful linen. Parking behind the building was very convenient and being just outside of old town is a quick walk to everything.

Easy tram connection to train station is a bonus but the hotel itself is its own selling point. Great staff. Great breakfast. Great room. Just great.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable and handy for the Old Town. But the noise of revving motorbikes and souped up cars on the main road until the early hours was a serious sleep problem. They even give you ear plugs in the room! The authorities should sort the problem out.

The location was excellent and the staff super friendly as well as helpful. Room was quiet as well.
