Great location. Very close to historical attraction, lake and shopping. Good for a walking weekend away. Hotel was very well appointed and earns the 5* rating easily. Staff are very approachable and assist with restaurant reservations with no trouble at all.

A beautiful and pristine room

This is by far my favorite hotel to stay in Geneva! The location is very central to shopping, restaurants, sight seeing, and activities on both sides of the lake. The hotel recently underwent a refresh and the rooms are lovely — comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. I look forward to my return. A bientot!

Hotel is in the heart of Old Town, wonderful location! Beautiful Hotel! The heated floors in the bathroom were a plus in the cold weather!

The lack of an area for relaxing, unwinding and refreshments was a negative aspect. Having to go externally for a snack/drink/quiet down time not in the bedroom, took away some of the positive aspects of the hotel.

Best location in Geneva!! The room was not too large but it was big enough, clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice.
