Beautiful room facing the sea. Very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Trevligt badhotell vid strandpromenaden. Nära till bra restauranger. Egen strand med solstolar. Fint litet spa uppe på taket.

Alt var super hyggeligt og godt, bortset fra morgenmaden, som godt kunne trænge til et løft.

Zeer dicht aan het strand waarbij gebruik kan worden gemaakt van de bedjes en parasols. En ook van diverse sups,kano's etc. Een uur gratis gebruik van de spa, heel relaxed. Kamer en badkamer voldoende ruim en schoon. De fietsen die geleend kunnen worden zijn niet van Nederlandse kwaliteit 😉

1. reception people are rude and unattentive to the guests. They booked us a "room" outside the hotel and we discovered it was in the stuff quarter. the room was very very smelly and dirty. Another room was offered; however, they requested an additional 100 euros per night. it was a small noisy room. Their 'explanation' was "you have booked only yesterday, so what do you expect?". shocking. these words were said by the reception man and its manager, more than once. after asking for explanations we were told that Expedia did not manage the rooms and the hotel management assigned the rooms as they wanted. they also said that Expedia is incorrect with the information they provided. I find it untrue and ridiculous 2. even though it's clearly stated there is free parking of the hotel and lots of parking in the street next to the hotel, it was not true. Unfortunately, it took us 40 min to find parking and we needed to change a parking ticket every 6 hours. it is only after one of the hotel staff moved his car - we managed to park next to the hotel. 3. they didn't alert that the location is right next to the railway, and the train comes many times an hour. noisy and really bothering 4. the lift is dangerous and makes loud noises - like drilling, it's not nice in the lift especially if you have a room next to the lift. We don't recommend this hotel that somehow is unjustifiedly rated as a 4-star hotel and twe were glad to leave the horrible, dirty, unfriendly, musty place.

Old world feel. But aging.

Bon hôtel. Chambre très propre mais un peu vieillotte. Accueil sympathique. Dîner simple mais bon rapport qualité/prix. Chambre vue mer extra. À refaire.

Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Direkt neben dem Strand inkl. reservierte Liegen inkl. Schirm. Frühstück ist akzeptabel. Von 3 Übernachtungen gingen an 2 Übernachtungen die Klimaanlage und das Internet nicht. Vom Personal weder eine Bemühung dies zu beheben, noch eine Entschädigung. Jeder an der Rezeption verwies an die Schicht zuvor, dass das Problem ja schon besteht und der Vorgänger auch nichts gemacht hat.

Perfect location. Best to get a room overlooking the ocean - wonderful to fall asleep to the waves crashing.

Ottima la scelta di includere il servizio spiaggia, ma mi aspettavo che non fosse alla “ligure”, ombrelloni appiccicati uno all’altro. La ferrovia nelle vicinanze non da fastidio, l’ insonorizzazione sembra sufficiente. La camera è confortevole, mentre il bagno è un po’ piccolo. La struttura è nella media ligure.

Ein Hotel in sensationeller Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und den hatten wir auch, sogar vom Bett aus! Der Balkon (4.Etage) ist groß und möbliert… leider aus schwächlichen Plastikmöbeln. Das Frühstück war ok, leider auf der Rückseite und ohne den schönen Blick. Öffentliche Parkplätze gibt es einige. Man kann sich aber für 20€ pro Tag einen Platz in einer Garage mieten. Das man den Autoschlüssel dafür abgeben muss, behagte uns allerdings nicht! Positiv ist, dass das Hotel tatsächlich Rollstuhl geeignet ist!
