Quarto excelente, espaçoso, apenas os aparelhos de ar condicionado que deixaram a desejar. Um não funcionava e o outro fraco.

Do not stay here. Hotel is on a beach, but a beach that is far from all the main places (to the point where taxi drivers were asking me why I was staying there). What bothered me most is I prepaid for a room for three people with half board (breakfast and dinner included), the staff confirmed this was included in our reservation at our check-in, and then when we went to check out, they added a charge for the full menu price for every single breakfast and dinner we ate there for our three days. The staff confirmed this was a mistake in our bill, but after waiting around about 20 minutes as two people there "tried" to fix it, they claimed they were somehow unable to fix it before we had to leave for the airport (they said they would give me a refund on my credit card later, and they did not do that either). Total rip off. To top it off, found a dead rat/mouse on my balcony one morning. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel unless you want to be far away, maybe get ripped off, and maybe find a dead rodent in your room.

The hotel location is nice- about 15 minutes from the airport and right in the beach. Unfortunately, the beach was full of seaweed and we could not swim. The Restaurante staff was friendly but very slow. The reception was not friendly and also very slow. Our room was nice and comfortable but loud and we could hear the construction next door and kids in the pool. I would not stay here again.

Unfortunately the hotel was under renovations and the appearance, and noise was terrible. The fact that not even on a Sunday morning they let you rest with the noise was crazy.

Beach was steps away overall great experience

Funcionários atenciosos e muito simpáticos. O fato de estar na beira da praia torna a experiência ainda melhor. O restaurante é delicioso.

We had a wonderful stay at Cocoplum. This was our first trip to San Andres. I can’t say enough about Cocoplum’s amazing staff, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. They were so welcoming, courteous and helpful. They coordinated our transportation, island tours and made sure we got the most of our trip. Cocoplum’s beach was only a few steps from our room it was so relaxing and clean. We’ll be returning to visit our friends at Cocoplum!!

Todo el personal súper amable y atentos a las necesidades de nosotros, viaje con mi mamá que usa bastón para caminar y nos acomodaron en el primer piso, y cada una de las personas que trabajan ahí saludaban y sonreían. El ambiente genial, tranquilo y limpio. La comida deliciosa. Quedamos súper felices con nuestra estadía.

Horrível!!! Cama e quartos SUJOS.. nos deram um quarto de fundos, e com o hotel em OBRA< sem qualquer aviso, a frente do quarto com mesa e cadeiras completamente cobertas de poeira, sujeira, Banheiro com teto de plástico que pingava "ägua" _ roupa de cama suja, antiga, muito surrada, a cama idem... pedimos para trocar o quarto por conta da obra, e eles para indignação pediram que saíssemos do quarto ás 13 e que o "novo" seria somente ás 15hs, me recusei pois não perderia tempo com criança pequena fazendo mala para deixar na Recepção.. isso tudo com ordens dadas pela "chefe", resumo nos deram um outro quarto apenas ao lado do mesmo, como 4 quartos ao lado, que dava no mesmo barulho, e condições péssimas, ralos destampados no banheiro e enorme quantidade de caranguejos circulando pelo caminho... não recomendo! a praia é bonita, mas o serviço e opções de comida deles deixam a desejar, .. este mar tinha medusas, e minha filha foi queimada por uma, um acidente, mas é isso que tivemos de experiência

Överlag bra. Däremot lite smutsigt i badrummet, men det är det nog på de flesta hotellen på San Andrés. Långt från europeisk standard. Bra AC. Väldigt lyhört dock, lät som att de i korridoren stod i vårt rum och pratade. Även lyhört ut genom fönstret, man hörde alla ljud från gatan.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved that it was front beach and there were rental cars outside the hotel. They had a local taxi who h made us feel safe. Downside is that it is outdated and old rooms and no closet space. But perfect for an affordable front beach hotel.
