I booked this hotel through Hotels.com specifically because of its good reviews, no-carpet, no pet policy. I am sensitive to environmental allergens.
I was very disappointed because the hotel is poorly maintained with terrible staff. The shower room is covered with mold and no ventilation inside. The entire room is covered with the bath smell and I experienced difficulty breathing and I irritation soon after check into the room around 3:00 PM when I report this to the front desk and request to change a room the staff in the beginning, pretend he doesn’t understand. After someone translated to him, he told me all rooms are booked. He cannot change room for me because there is no Housekeeping available.
