服務很好，職員服務殷勤，早晚餐也很好吃 如果早上的溫泉清潔能推遲至10時30分就更好，吃了早餐後已差不多是清潔時間而不能入來

とても良い旅館です。仲居さんの丁寧なお部屋へのご案内から始まり、その後の食事が大変お気に入りでした。ご飯の説明も丁寧でホスピタリティが行き届います。おかげさまで最高の旅行になりました。

スタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです！ お若い男性のスタッフさんまでも皆さま笑顔で、とても良かったです。 ホテルの近くでの食事処を尋ねると、いろいろと調べてくれて教えて頂きました！ 朝食もご飯のお供が多すぎて、お釜のご飯を完食してしまいましたが 朝からの対応もすごく気持ちがよく、快適に過ごさせていただきました！ ぜひまた行きたいです。

We enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be incredibly nice and accomodating. They had tattoo covers available at the front and I appreciated that all of the ammenties were explained to us in the beginning. The location was nice as it is close to beppu station and we really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. All of the food was very delicious. One thing that I wished was for the kaiseki dinner that I had better japanese to have gotten the full experience, but that is on me.

高齢の母と宿泊しましたが、館内はスリッパを履かなくても良いフローリングで安心感が また、有料ですが家族風呂があり、ケアしながらゆっくり温泉を楽しめてよかったです。

早餐是魚set+少許自助形式， 晚餐幾特別， 不是傳統懷石料理， 比較新式，有整抹茶體驗、有饅頭、自助咖啡提供。 職員非常親切， 服務態度非常好

Beautiful spa with lovely outdoor onsen as well. Very attractive Japanese garden with koi pool. Extremely clean with large rooms and lots of amenities. Would happily return to this hotel. Overall, lovely.❤️

Excellent hotel in traditional Japanese style. Very friendly staff in the reception and especially in the restaurant where they serve breakfast! They put a smile on our daughter every morning:)

久しぶりに純和風の旅館に宿泊しました。日本のおもてなしの素晴らしさを改めて感じる事が出来とても満足でした。 特に朝食は美味しかったです。
