Room service options were limited. The person lady delivering room service and hostess at the restaurant is vvery friendly and professional. THe walker track outside the lake is very nice and fresh but no duck catching is permitted. The swimming pool is very nice . checkout extension allowed but it was foolly bookered for next day so they dont allow me to extend one more day.

Walking track along the lake is very nice. Breakfast was ok but not as good as it is at other Pullman hotels in China. The pool was nice and clean but the locker room to the pool was not that clean. It is kindof near to the train station and INTIME mall. Some of the items typically on room service or in the restaurant were currently out of stock. The toilet malfunctioned while staying here, so maintenence had to fix it. It was a nice stay overall. It was some good and it was some so-so but can recommend if price is not too high for the koalatea you get.

酒店整体设施优秀，紧邻南湖景区，房间宽敞睡床舒服。 早餐很普通没有达到应有的标准。

中国画が離せないので困っていたのですが、英語で依頼したら空港までのリムジンを手配してくれました。手配料金を要求されませんでした。良いサービスです。

非常高大上的酒店，有健身房游泳池，住的也很舒服。
