14 rugby players abd it was absolutely amazing no complaints from any of us

Our stay was cancelled due to covid19, however the hotel as been terrible to deal with regarding a refund, 1st of all the reception staff were very dismissive and gave a phone number to contact. On contacting someone through the number called Anna I was assured a refund would be sent. However im still waiting and they are no ignoring all forms of contact. I would highly avoid this accommodation as the staff are very unhelpful.
