Foi excelente. Quarto limpo, comida de boa qualidade.

La habitación sin ventilación, sin AC, con vista a los extractores de la cocina así que era muy caliente se le hizo la observación al recepcionista y la solución fue darnos ventiladores y nunca los llevaron. La extracción de humedad del baño no funcionaba y nunca fue mantenimiento a revisarla. En el restaurante teníamos que pararnos a caja a ordenar en una ocasión hasta sin cubiertos nos dieron la comida y ni platos esperamos y nada, los meseros mal coordinados. Poca variedad día a día en el buffet. Un día detectamos que no asearon el baño. La TV se reiniciaba constantemente cada 10 minutos.

Excellent hotel in walking distance to La Candelaria and other attractions. The pool, sauna and gym are great, the staff are all very helpful, and the breakfast changes daily. Bring ear plugs, noise from the hall can come into the room and there are some distant roosters. We would stay here again.

No me gustó nada

The pool and the staffer was excellent, along with the location.Close to everything, good security checked and anyone entering the property which was good. The gym was the worst though and the The steam room was not functioning along with the I found a room was not to par. But perfect location.Will be returning back in may.

Exelente hotel

Un excelente hotel para compartir en familia. Desde el momento de nuestra llegada, el trato fue muy amable y profesional. El personal siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento, ofreciendo un servicio al cliente de primera calidad. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y bien equipadas, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. Además, el hotel cuenta con instalaciones adecuadas para el descanso y la comodidad de toda la familia. Otro aspecto muy positivo es su ubicación, ya que está muy cerca de los principales sitios culturales de la ciudad, lo que facilita mucho los recorridos turísticos. También quiero destacar la seguridad del lugar, que brinda mucha tranquilidad durante toda la estancia. Sin duda, es un hotel que recomiendo totalmente y al que volvería en una próxima visita. ATTE. O quarto estava muito bom, com tres observações, a primeira, a porta de vidro do box do banheiro estava totalmente emperrada, correndo o risco de quebrar e causar um acidente ao usuário, a segunda, o vaso sanitario estava descolado do piso., e a terceira, entraram no quarto sem pemissão.

Breakfast was freshly made, several main attractions are within range, service was good but better could be done with the facilities… there was a constant from the toilet, the windows are sealed shut with no AC and it would have been nice to have a fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker or iron in the room especially since we paid for deluxe room. The positives include good service and friendly/helpful staff

El peor hotel del mundo. Ruido mucho ruido por la noche. No había agua caliente y nadie te atendía.

El personal es excelente, mi suite espectacular mi estadía ahí , fue maravillosa sin duda si volvería nuevamente a reservar , cuando regrese a Bogotá

Room was a bit noisy as you could hear everything from the corridor. Good location for a 2 day stay though

The service here was above and beyond than expected, very courteous and genuine. I was on a visit with my girlfriend for about a week. The staff there are phenomenal and patient with all the questions i had and resolved anything i needed, Eliot, David, Sophie, and Nickoli were some of the stand out service i could remember they were especially helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious in my room jacuzzi was a nice touch and decorated by the romantic package was really great, if you want to make a special surprise. They cleaned daily refreshed towels asked if we needed any extra very accommodating. Very worth the stay we didn't go to the sauna but the jacuzzi in the room was great clean, the pool area is not to be missed we went around 8 pm had poolside drinks the pool was warm. Everything was great nice area downtown art district feels. Thanks Hotel Grand Park! Most definitely recommend and will be back as well.

Small, dirty room, no possible open windows. Unfriendly reception staff. Sauna from 10 am but was not switch on until 10:20 am . Breakfast not tasty. Definitely not 4* hotel.
