Staff absolutely kind - they changed me the room in order to checkin before the available time. Room and bathroom very clean. Room free space a little bit small for 2 people - you do not have enough space to leave your baggage (if the big one). Wifi very good - I worked from there and no problems about videocall. You cannot see the sea but it is 2 minutes walking from the main beach. You can also find a lot of places where to drink and eat what you want.

Fint og greit rom. Bra renhold. Fin takterrasse og glimrende beliggenhet med kort vei til strand og by. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Frokostsal i kjeller uten vindu. Frokosten falt ikke i smak for vår del.

das Hotel war sauber und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal, strandnah und gleichzeitig zentral gelegen. In paar Minuten vom Busbahnhof zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt einen Tag vor der Kreuzfahrt.

Lage gut, nur 10 Min zum Kreuzfahrthafen, Supermarkt gleich gegenüber. Frühstück okay, aber nichts besonderes, etwas trostlos, im Untergeschoss, kein Tageslicht, Saft vom Automaten.... für Kurzaufenthalt ist es ok

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und das Einchecken ging sehr schnell. Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr sauber. Die Dusche ist gross. Das Bett war für unsere Verhältnisse etwas zu weich, aber das ist nur unser Empfinden. Auch die Lage fast direkt an der Playa de las Canteras mit vielen Restaurants und Shops ist ein grosser Pluspunkt. Wem dies nicht reicht, vor dem Hotel ist ein Taxistand für weiterentfernte Destinationen. Wir werden definitiv wieder im Doña Luisa übernachten.

I was impressed with this hotel. The staff, particularly, Jose Maria, were extremely helpful, the room was stylishly designed, the location was great, close to the beach but far enough away to be quiet, and the breakfast selection was extensive. The only drawback was a chair that would not go under the very small desk. Not a huge problem for a leisure hotel.

Staff very very helpful with storing our luggage and helping us get around the city on buses. Also arranged early morning taxi to airport!! Thank you so much for a short but lovely stay!

The hotel is just a few minutes from Las Canteras Beach, so a great location for a short stay.Unfortunatly the building next door was having building work from 9am untill 3pm and was very noisey. Breakfast was self service in the basement with no natural light. The hot dishes were luke warm and we were 1st down for breakfast, however they did have cold meats, cheeses which we were happy to have instead. I did book a double room but was given a twin, the beds were comfy but not what I wanted. When the room was made up no.further water, tea bags or milk were given. Not sure I would return.

Ok sentral beloggenhet.

Hotellet ligger bara några minuters promenad från snabb bussen till flygplatsen. Modernt och nära stranden där man vågar bada. Lugnt och tyst, vanlig frukostbuffé. Fick hjälp med att boka taxi till flygplatsen, Ingen direkt havsutsikt, takterass med toalett var bra.

Ihan kiva huone, joskin ajansaatossa tullutta kulumaa. Huone pienehkö, isot kaapit jos pidempään olisi. Jos lyhyempi vierailu, matkalaukuille ei avoinna oikein tilaa. Henkilökunta ystävällinen, tervehti aina kun kulki respan ohi.
