The hotel was beautiful and it was in the perfect location. The owners have a restaurant as well, and they provide free transportation, which was a great experience!

The nicest hotel with the best hospitality and food on the island by far! I can’t say enough about our stay there. We had a room with a private pool and all of the amazing amenities they had to offer.

Hotel is definitely not a 5 star and disappointing given the price point. It suffers heavily from style-over-substance and although the promotional photos look well staged the actual delivery is poor. The first 24hrs of our stay we had to readjust our expectations down significantly. If you are expecting a fine dining, relaxing venue in the style of Clos de Roses or Le Manoir this hotel is absolutely not it. Dinner on the first night was shockingly poor, we sent back a carbonara (too salty and chewy) and "fresh tuna pasta" which was rubbery. The staff then added the €70 onto the bill, refused to take this off, and we ended up being taken aside by the general manager who claimed we didn't want to pay for anything (we did, only the acceptable plates) before finally admitting the "fresh tuna" was actually 3 days old. A really bad start to our experience and we didn't dine in for the rest of our stay. Other significant issues: Dining area inside is awkwardly behind reception and next to a chaotic service area. Breakfast is extremely slow and staff make a point of delivering an unnecessary number of small pots of jam/honey, seemingly for social media. From day 2 the fresh OJ silently became watered down concentrate. Hotel is on a main road opposite a construction site so expect loud traffic. View from the Sunset Bar is masked by very close powerlines and the above-mentioned construction. A 4hr tour to the associated vineyard is €130 each. A very overpriced and mediocre stay.

The warmest, friendliest team we’ve come across. The attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction from the staff is second to none. Lovely decor, nice location within easy 5 min stroll of beach. Boutique vibes massively ticked. Brilliant stay!

All the staff were so nice. The pool area is beautiful. The rooms were amazing and comfortable. We had a jacuzzi on our private terrace felt very pampered. Their wine is excellent as well. Highly recommend Hope to come back myself

This property was great. Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Really a great choice. The breakfast was great and a nice diversion from the buffets that you get in other hotels. We even got a bottle of wine from the family reserve as a gift from the hotel. We only stopped in Naxos, but next time we visit, we will stay longer to enjoy this property for a longer stay.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff

Had a lovely stay in Naxos as we did some Greek Island hopping and this boutique hotel was just perfect! Maria the owner checked us in, and it was a very homey type feel - friendly staff, intimate setting with only 18 rooms - AMAZING breakfast and close to the best beach on the island which was walkable - as well as the stretch of restaurants for dining out each night. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again!

We likedthe15 m pool for swimming, the breakfast, and good location vs town, beach, airport.

Amazing hotel overall

Très mauvaise surprise. Je m’attendais à un 5 étoiles, mais c’était tout au plus un 4 étoiles avec un emplacement au bord de la route et entouré de chantiers pas terminés. Le personnel est agréable et gentil mais cela ne compense pas la déception ressentie. Pour commencer, la chambre était petite et pas pratique du tout. Sol super glissant si mouillé, lorsque l’on se lave le visage, la disposition du robinet fait en sorte que tout est mouillé ensuite. J’avais pris une chambre avec piscine. Autre déception. Elle est tellement petite que c’est plus un whirlpool sans bulles qu’autre chose. De plus, il y avait constamment des insectes dedans. Cela ne donne vraiment pas envie d’y prendre un bain. Le petit déjeuner est à la carte. Personnellement je préfère un buffet. Il fallait presque tout commander et cela prenait du temps. Le pain servi est immangeable. On aurait dit qu’il avait été acheté au supermarché du coin et qu’il est supposé être gardé pendant une longue période.. il serait tellement facile de servir du pain acheté chez le boulanger du coin et qui vient juste d’être découpé. Le notre était déjà sec d’un côté et vraiment pas savoureux. Nous avons mangé du meilleur pain dans les restaurants en attendant d’avoir les plats servis. En dehors du service, tout semblait froid, non terminé. De plus pour accéder à notre chambre, il fallait se faufiler entre les différents meubles et grandes plantes de terrasse sur le chemin. Par contre, j’ai adoré les produits Nuxe!!

Superbe expérience à l'hôtel 18 grapes de Naxos. L'endroit est magique. On y reste sans problème plusieurs jours et nuits. Les activités proposées par l'hôtel sont intéressantes et à un tarif avantageux. Le lieu est calme et la vue sur la mer est belle. Effectivement il y a une petite route a proximité mais cela ne gêne en rien. Les équipements de l'hôtel sont supers, 2 piscines dont une chauffée, des chambres avec piscines indépendantes ou jacuzzi et terrasses ou jardin. L'équipe est excellente, Andrea et Yanis a l'accueil, les 2 Ana au service et surtout le barmaid Andrea, spéciale dédicace car il nous a permis de passer de superbes moments sur la belle terrasse en haut de l'hôtel. Ses petits cours de grec vont me manquer. Il est de bon conseil pour choisir également. Le restaurant est superbe, sincèrement cela vaut le coup de venir uniquement pour manger. Les plats sont extrêmement bien présentes et délicieux. La plage a proximité est magnifique. Tout est fait pour y passer un excellent moment. Merci encore à toute l'équipe et à Miss Maria pour son accueil. On reviendra dès qu'on le pourra.

The stay was amazing. The staffs were very friendly, answered all the questions and very helpful when in need. Had a good swim time and the breakfast was awesome.
