I rang ahead to make sure it was ok for a couple to stay there and they said yes it was fine. When I arrived I was told that we couldn't share a room. I do understand that it is the law in the UAE, but don't give people the impression that couples can stay there.

My fifth time staying here, it’s been better every time. The staff are so warm and welcoming, the facilities are excellent, and the metro station is literally opposite the hotel. The location is perfect. I loved it so much that I am heading back in September! See you soon!

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, ideal location

Our stay at Rose Park Hotel exceeded our expectations.Hotel was excellent.Clean and close to the metro.Staff made us feel so welcome.They provided absolutely outstanding customer service.Big thank to Melvin ,Aftab and Abu for looking after us.I highly recommend this hotel .Definitely will be back.

After the long night flight the hotel allowed to use the pool while waiting for a room to be ready and then even offered an early check in for free. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient- literally opposite to the metro station entrance. Very helpful and nice personnel. The room is spacious and comfortable (there is even a weight scale on a room).

Very convenient to Metro. Walkable to Mall of the Emirates

The hotel is in fine condition - not new but ok. There was noise outside the hotel in the early morning around 6 or 7 am, probably maintenance work nearby but since we guess it’s not under the hotel’s management so we didn’t bother to ask for any assistance. The stay was fine considering the price was very reasonable, but it’s not the choice if you want fancy. The receptionist was helpful and kind, served us some welcome drink at our arrival, and also provided some useful advice whenever we asked about Dubai. Location of the Hotel is excellent, right opposite to the metro station and there’re plenty of restaurants nearby and a round the clock supermarket.

My stay at this hotel was okay, but nothing exceptional. The service and amenities were standard—everything worked as expected, but I didn’t receive any extra benefits or standout experiences. If you’re looking for a basic, no-frills stay, this hotel does the job, but don’t expect anything beyond the standard offering.

Excellent. Staff was nice and the welcome fruit basket and biscuits were a great gesture! Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good too! Would absolutely recommend it. Loved the swimming pool too, hot water!

For the money it was a very good Hotel. Very nice staff 24/7 available. Pool and Sauna included. Perfect located next to the Dubai metro and between sightseeing hotspots like The Palm/Marina on the one, and Deira, Burj Khalifa on the other side. So clear recommendations for the Rose Park Hotel 😊

The hotel was less than normal I give the service 5 from 10 Very expensive hotel for what they have !!

Wall painting fell off without warning, whilst I was sitting here. Narrowly missed my head as it came down. Bathroom light was not working. A/C gave us both a scratchy throat by end of day 1. Downstairs staff we mostly courteous, but on check-out didn't ask about anything regarding our stay or wish us a farewell. Little things make a big difference.

Séjour agréable, piscine beaucoup trop petite par rapport à l’hôtel et manque de transats, la petite buvette de la piscine n’accepte que des espèces. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas varier. Et malheureusement on a attrapé une intoxication alimentaire au restaurant de l’hôtel en mangeant du poisson. Mais le personnel était au petit soin et le faite d’avoir la station de métro à côté est super pratique.
