ヒルトン、ヘリタンスカンダラマ、ゴールフェイスホテルといろいろなホテルに泊まりましたが、その中でも群を抜いて清潔でした。 料理やサービスもよく値段も手頃なのでキャンディに宿泊する際は是非お勧めします。

Needs some TLC. Room was dated and bathroom needed attention due to mould. Pigeon nest in void over balcony annoying. One small net would deal with it.

Overall very good experience. Hotel was outstanding and the staff were so helpful, especially Sivaraj from the lobby.

Overall the stuff we’re friendly except at the date of checkout one lady called me from the reception around 11:30 am and she asked me what time are you checking out sir? I told her 1230 and she told me rudely that after 1230 the system will start charging you per hour it was sound like a threat which I didn’t like

Restaurant is good, cuisines are tasty.

Amazing place. If they only could have jacuzzi or hot tub. Swimming pool amazing but water not so warm.

Amazing experience and exceptional staff who tended to my every need. Particularly Sivaraj who worked at the front/lobby who helped me organise my forwarding journey. Also experience the bliss package message in which Nina gave an amazing service to relax and recharge my body. Will definitely recommend and will visit again Thank you once again

Excellent property.. spacious rooms.. loved the canopy beds… the infinity pool.. the courteous staff… just about everything was perfect!

Amazing experience - all round wonderful hotel with exceptional service. Dananjaya and the pastry chef organized wonderful birthday cakes for my wife. We’ve stayed in a good few hotels around the world but never seen such dedication and kindness. We had an enormous room which was so comfortable. Credit to Sumit and probart for excellence in room service.

Very nice property and would certainly stay there again. A couple of notes. The carpeting in our room was getting old - number of small stains - nothing critical but for the standard the hotel portrays, it should be better. The morning rooster - every morning! Both the breakfast and dinner buffet were extensive, however the food quality was a bit below what one would expect from a higher end hotel. Food was good, but needed that extra oomph to bring it to a higher level.

Ran out of hot water in the middle of shower. At 7:00am on Saturday morning, we were woken up by loud noises from construction. The management was unresponsive.
