Positives, beautiful golf course, very clean hotel. Staff helpful but more sun beds are needed around the pool - the pool area needs expanding. No facilities for kids like games room. The hotel was absolutely superb, we were there for a 3 night stay at the end of a weeks villa holiday and it was perfect. Rooms were massive, food was excellent, staff were so friendly and helpful. The only thing that we could complain about was the pool area - the pool itself is stunning and overlooks the golf course BUT there are too few loungers and too few towels!!! So we arrived on one occasion to nowhere to sit and nothing to dry ourselves with - not ideal, one family with little children were all sat on one lounger! The pool area is not manned in any way so once the towels are gone they are not replaced! A few more chair/loungers are definitely required as there was space for them. Apart from this little niggle, the hotel was excellent and we would definitely return.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The view during breakfast was breathtaking, like something out of a painting. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Theonimfi, who went above and beyond to enhance our stay. She provided us with excellent recommendations for local spots that were off the beaten path, just as we had requested. Her suggestions made our experience truly special. I absolutely loved the hotel, and if you're seeking a peaceful, charming, and welcoming place to stay, this is the perfect choice.

One of the best all round hotels I’ve ever stayed in for relaxation. Staff were amazingly friendly and tentative. Requested late check out because of later flight and was duly approved. Food and drinks amazing value. Will be coming back.

Great place. Very nice property. If you are golfing perfect place to stay. If not, it’s a little far away from everything so you will have to have a car. Place was comfortable and nice. Can’t complain at all. Like I said if you holding. Perfect.

Beautiful hotel -- spacious rooms with views onto hills and sea, with superb marbled bathrooms. Pleasant and smiling staff. Great golf course with excellent and friendly pro. Some inconsistencies in housekeeping : we were amazed and happy to find sets of face cloths in bathrooms on arrival but these were taken and never replaced. Similarly the coffee machine was superb but the pods were not automatically replaced. So we had to ask for face cloths and coffee pods at reception which complied readily. Water bottles, however, were replaced every day. A great place to base a week of exploring Crete-- plenty of parking for our rental car. The east and south coasts were within easy reach. To the west Rethymno was within an easy day's drive but Haina was a bit too far. All in all a great base for exploring Crete without suffering from too many (other) tourists 😉

Hotel muito bom. Para quem joga golfe é muito conveniente. Para quem não joga não indicaria. Se você é jogador. Traga bastante bolas. Campo estreito e num vale rochoso. Saiu do fairway grande chance de perder a bola.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very nice and modern, very clean and the room (junior suite) was spacious and nice with a king size bed, minibar and a big flatscreen. The people were very nice and service minded and the food (and the breakfast) was great. The golf course was in mint condition and outside the season you could pick and choose your tee off. The practice areas were also really good. The pool was gorgeous and very calm. If you want to get away from lots of drunken youngsters, and enjoy golf and sun, this is the place.
