Wonderful experience. The breakfast is fantastic.

Positives - the room itself was spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable. We booked a superior room with a balcony on the 3rd floor and were very happy with the space and facilities. However, we found several negatives that impacted our stay. The staff generally came across as uninterested and not particularly friendly throughout our visit. Unfortunately, we also had two nights of disturbed sleep due to extremely loud music and shouting from events taking place at the hotel. The noise continued well into the early hours and, despite speaking to reception, nothing was really done to address it. The hotel is in a convenient central location, but it feels very corporate and lacks character. The reception entrance is quite unusual and feels more like walking into a shopping centre or car park than a hotel lobby. Breakfast offered an acceptable variety, but the dining area—set inside a large function room—felt purely functional and again lacked any atmosphere. Checkout was quick and efficient, but again, there were no pleasantries or friendliness from staff. Overall, this hotel may be more suited to business travellers, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone visiting for leisure or a tourist trip.

Would like to see more choices of fresh Croatian fruits less from the cans. More real Croatian bakery. Less western kind of food.

Will stay there again

This is a strange looking hotel, almost like it is former student housing. Our room was a good size with good air conditioning and a large bathroom. Our room and the hotel public areas were quite clean. There was no outside noise in our room, but noise from adjoining rooms was very disturbing. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. The bar is dreadful. The area is great, a huge number of bars, restaurants and cafes, and plenty of sightseeing nearby.

Lovely hotel very close to old town but away from any noise, easy walking distance to everything and great selection of eateries close by Staff extremely friendly and accommodating Breakfast room light and airy with a great choice Great underground car park Would definitely stay here again

Excelente elección por su magnífica ubicación, la habitación amplia y muy cómoda, el baño amplio y limpio, el desayuno excelente y muy completo, la facilidad de parquear el carro.

Viaje con mi marido y mi hijo. La habitacion era enorme. Habia bañera de hidromasaje y ducha. Habia un apartado con la cama de.mi hijo. Las camas y almohadas muy buenas. Todo muy limpio. El desayuno completo. Solo eché en falta zumo d naranja natural. Estabamos a 2 mins del centro y sin embargo era una zona muy silenciosa. Relacion calidad precio excelente
