Initially we had to wait 45 mins to check in because they were fixing the air con in the room. The receptionist was a bit unresponsive and disappeared when asked how much longer it will take. Eventually they put us in another room with an upgrade. Can't really complain because of the upgrade. The living room was big but we didn't even use it. The bathroom was also spacious and the room was clean which is all we expected. Breakfast is just OK.
