Terrible service. The receptionist named Dedy was so rude. The way he communicate was so bad. I made a booking before 12 pm, arrived at the receptionist and couldn't find anyone. He left a piece of paper with his phone number written on it. I made a call and apologised that I made a late booking due to my condition on that time. He finally answered his phone after 2 or 3 calls and said that I made a booking for the other Teba house. I went to other Teba house which is one owner but different location probably the distance was 1,3 km. Arrived on the other Teba house and the receptionist said that My booking was Teba house Bisma. I had to go back to the first Teba house again. I booked deluxe room with Air-conditioning but Dedy gave me a room with Fan. I made a complain to Dedy 's colleague whom help and accompanied me from the other Teba house and Dedy came out from his bed room explaining that there was a mistake on the system. I didn't want to take the fan room as my booking was air-conditioning room. Dedy was so unprofessional. Instead of apologising he offered me a refund with an angry face. What a crappy service!
