I've booked 3 weeks in a row & satl

Decent. Affordable. My biggest need was bringing our mastiff puppy along. The prices for bringing bigger dogs was different from the website. They charged my card for the full stay, even though it says you can pay at check in. That is my complaint, aside from our AC in the room BARELY blew air. Truly it was nice for a hotel that accepts pets and was at a good price point. No breakfast. Requires a lot of effort to get extra towels. Clean kitchen.

Only stayed one night room was clean and bed comfortable

Everything someone would want, not expensive and peaceful, nice room. Booked twice I recommend

We were pleasantly surprised how nice our room was….freshly remodeled and very clean. The common spaces (halls & Lobby) need updating. The grounds are very well maintained. The price is right, actually a great value, especially on weekend of the Indy 500.

The whole hotel smelled like weed and toilet bowl cleaner. Everything was sticky, beds were lumpy. Didn’t have any extra towels or pillows. Small dog barked every night, all night. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Very nice place for a quick night stay

Hotel was reeking of cigarette smoke. Hotel is outdated and run down. Floors were dirty. Heat & air conditioning did not work

access to highway and local food options are good.

What I like is the location and safe area and living arrangements with a stove, laundry. They dont have a gym nor do serve breakfast but they have coffee

The staff was extremely nice. The room however was covered in stains. Thankfully the bedding was completely clean but the curtains and towels, not so much. There was also hair in the shower. The hallways are pretty strong with the scent of dogs but the staff does vacuum and try to address the odor in the mornings. Would only recommend if you just need a cheap bed overnight!

If you are looking for a cheap hotel this is it. The hotel smelled like smoke, people blaring music after midnight. The room was very tiny, the look on my son’s face said it all. He did not want to sleep under the covers, he moved his pillow and seen 3 ants. But you get what you pay for, you pay cheap you get cheap
