Es buena pero todas deberian tener aire acondicionado

Property need more cleanness, pool don't show maintenance at all. But if your purpose is disconnect from the stress of the city and connect with the nature think about it.

It is a place to get away from everything. There you get peace and quiet.

Nuestra llegada el viernes 16 se mayo fue adecuada en el área de recepción. Al acercarnos a las 5pm al restaurante nos encontramos con las empleadas del lugar comiendo. Les dimos tiempo de terminar y con muy poca amabilidad nos atendieron. El sábado 17 de mayo en la mañana para el desayuno nos atendió un excelente empleado llamado Josué quien fue muy atento y diligente en su servicio. Durante la tarde al acercarnos nuevamente al restaurante las empleadas estaban nuevamente sentadas comiendo y con visible molestia no pudieron atender nuestra solicitud. Las conversaciones vulgares, temas privados y palabras soeces por parte de las empleadas del restaurante rellenaban el ambiente de la Hacienda. Durante la noche en la habitación se escuchaba como sie estuvieran en nuestra habitación. Es decir la privacidad en Hacienda Juanita No Existe. En adición la consola de aire acondicionado de la habitación dejó de funcionar desde el sábado hasta el domingo. Fue una noche con bastante calor 🔥 escuchando todo lo que sucedía y hablaban en las habitaciones contiguas. En resumen, NO RECOMIENDO A NADIE IR A la Hacienda Juanita.

simple and beautiful.

Estuve una sola noche y fue espectacular.

When we arrived at the hotel, there was no water service; they didn't know when it would come on. The power also went out.

Exelent place eveything clean and a good service

Food is limited variety and during buying what they have to eat, My daughter got burn where the food is displayed where they don’t have any sign suggesting the area is hot. Also bed and pull out couch are not comfortable but other then that that the place is clean and tranquil area

The suites are incredible. It have a nice balcony with forest views. The property is based in a coffee agriculture and they also have some animals to feed at the area.

Poca alternativa para comida. La comida estaba fría. No tienen complementos. Te ofrecen comida a la carta y preguntas y no la tienen disponible.

It was nice and quiet but nothing to do inside the property pool smells like piss no music no activity very boring not asseible to nothing everything very far ..nice personel very polite and the food ok not expensive property clean ..has potencial to update alot of things inside property

Return to more than 80 years in past. With a coffee plantation. Eco friendly hotel. Well space rooms. Friendship staff and restaurant personnel.

The hotel delivers everything it promises, like a pool, comfortable rooms, air conditioning, super comfy beds, and beautiful natural scenery, but there’s one big downside—the restaurant. The food is really bad. I recommend hiring a better chef because it doesn’t live up to what you’d expect when visiting a place like this. The worst part is that Maricao is such a small town, there aren’t many other dinner options around.
