Over priced, dirty couch, dirty sheets, ceiling tiles etc. Forced gratiuity at the diner for terrible service. Misleading.

Beautiful property with easy access to everything. Multiple pools on site, but no hot tub.

My experience with this property and Expedia was absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. After traveling 12 exhausting hours with my two children, we arrived at the hotel only to find it completely unstaffed. No one was there to help us check in, and despite multiple calls to both the property and Expedia, we received no assistance. I had no choice but to find another hotel late at night, paying out of pocket just to shelter my family. During my discussions with Expedia, the agent stated that I had to check in between 4 PM and 5 PM or I would not be able to check in at all. This policy is completely unrealistic for travelers arriving later in the day, but to make matters worse, no check-in instructions or warnings about this were provided at any point—no emails, no calls, no details anywhere. How was I supposed to know? The following day, we managed to check in. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly kind—the only saving grace in this entire ordeal. However, the rest of the experience quickly turned sour again. Two other front desk agents were rude and dismissive. One turned their back on us while another agent muttered “uhuhhhh” while staring at the computer, which felt like a snide dismissal—almost as if he was saying, "this is the troublemaker!" By then, I chose to stay quiet because I was completely fed up. The room was even worse. It felt unclean and moldy, with an old, sticky carpet and grimy tiles. This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Sandestin. Close to the beach and dining, spacious rooms, and safety/quiet makes it the perfect place to relax! Even with construction going on, we had the perfect trip!

The resort is beautiful and amazing but I did not like that the picture is deceiving in that the pools are not near the hotel at all. U have to drive or take the tram to back and forth to the beach and pools. The worse part was our room had 2 bad leaks in it and we were not offered anything for it

The resort has a HORRIBLE smell as soon as you step off the elevators. My sister and I couldn’t determine if it was backed up sewer lines or dead fish. The sinks do not drain properly and we saw numerous bugs in our room. Very very old place that needs a lot of updates.

The area was quaint and very nice. The condo was undergoing some renovations so not all floors were accessible. With older buildings comes older smells but overall it was a pretty decent stay. The staff was excellent and very accommodating!

I only once briefly interacted with the front desk. I did not check in or out with anyone, our room was never cleaned, the shuttle service was unpredictable, and there was a lot of construction on the property. The property was beautiful and there was a lot to do on the property itself. I just wish I would have know more about the amenities before our stay.

This property has everything you need or want for a peaceful, carefree stay near the beach and other great things in Destin.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit 2 Badezimmern und 2 Schlafzimmern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Eine Balkontür sollte repariert werden, da diese kaum zu öffnen ist. Da wir zwei Balkone hatten, war das aber kein Problem. Auch die kostenlose Park Karte für den Strand fanden wir wunderbar. Die Anlage ist riesig und man kann viel entdecken.

Excellent service, I loved it, the place was very quiet and clean, I really recommend it 100%, I would come back again, I had a great time with my family.

Deben cambiar los muebles de sala, muy viejos, Edredones en las camas, tapetes en los baños, en las habitaciones. La recepción se ve oscura. Definitivamente necesita remodelación.

We stayed 5 nights in the one bedroom suite at the Bay Club Sandestin Resort and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. The living room, kitchen and bedroom spacious. very clean and a nice view of the Bay. I would stay there again.

We were here for our baby moon. After walking into our room, we wished we would of booked longer. We were blown away with everything. We had a fully stocked kitchen, living room, bathroom with a stand-up shower, a master bathroom with a jacuzzi, bedroom that has a balcony of ocean view!

Very beautiful and quiet and safe place to stay.
