Stayed with my 10 and 8 yr old and we had a great time

Cooks in Buffet hall do not use gloves used bare hands to handle people's food

I’ll start with the good. The room was big, the rathe food was good for resort food

The service and the staff were amazing!

Rooms were horrible!!!! They put us in a double bed room with the beds stuck together for my husband and I with 2 kids!!! We all slept on like a queen bed! They said that’s a 2 bed room. Check in was awful we didn’t get our room until like 1 in the morning! Next day we got robbed! My husband put his wallet in one of his shoes while we were taking family pictures and an employee saw that took the wallet out stole the money in it $400 put back the wallet and moved it with the shoes! Hotel said it was t there problem! We were by the pool bar area when this happened right in front of us!!!! Never never staying here ever again! Plus we had to pay $900 more fees when we got there! Ridiculous Expedia and this hotel wouldn’t help us! So disappointed ☹️ don’t be fooled by the pictures on here! Not what it seems at all! This hotel shouldn’t even be on Expedia! Worst trip we have taken with Expedia ever! We lost $1500 total extra fees and the stolen money! The fact that the hotel didn’t care about the guest is mind blowing 🤯 lesson learned in staying at another RUI ever again! For expedia never booking with them either as they didn’t help us at all either!

Great family stay, but the food left us wanting more local flavor! The hotel was incredibly kid-friendly, clean, and the staff was absolutely great. Plus, having the beach just feet away from the resort was perfect. The only reason I gave it a 4-star rating instead of a 5 was due to the food options. Since we were in Mexico, we really wanted to experience more authentic local food rather than standard burgers and hot dogs by the pool. Having a taco station by the pool grill would have been amazing—who doesn't love a good taco that both kids and adults can enjoy? The food court was also missing that sense of cultural authenticity. When traveling to another country, we love to experience the local cuisine, so we hope the resort adds more traditional Mexican flavors in the future!

Very clean, super friendly staff. Nice pools and activities during the day and evenings. Good food choices for all. Great access to the beach, beautiful water.

The people at the check in counter need to speak slower. I know they repeat the same thing over and over, but they have an accent so its a little harder to understand everything, thats why, speak slower. To beach, the room, the pool's, the food,,, oh the food, my biggest complaint is that i was only there for one week.

The pools were extremely hot water no refreshing thing about it

They claimed we had $910 of resort credits which meant absolutely nothing!! The front staff are no help answering any questions but the resort is super nice, clean, safe and the workers are very nice and friendly..

Great resort for families

I was very disappointed with the use of the water kayak and buggie board. They claimed it was free. They wouldn't let anyone use them unless you paid for a sea dew. They would just give me the run around all week.

We have been to Cancun eight times during the last eight years, and when I compare this resort and its food with the others, this one was the worst. That hotel was worse because the food was low quality, and most of the drinks were artificial instead of real fresh drinks, with too much sugar. We like crab and other seafood, but this hotel only had a small amount of shrimp, and only one restaurant had lobster on the menu. When we ordered it, they served only three small pieces of lobster. The night programs were very simple, and we didn’t like the resort at all. We will never come back there. Also, Other resorts have good programs and activities for different age groups of children, but this resort doesn’t have any plans or activities for kids.

Overall, we had a great experience. The staff was friendly, and everything was clean and well maintained. The only downside was the pool area. The pool water was very warm, which made it less refreshing, and there wasn’t any shade over the pool, so it was difficult to stay out there for long in the heat. Adding shaded areas would make the pool experience much more enjoyable. More or an adult hotel as well. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.
