The room was clean and the comforter was great.

This hotel is supposed to be "quaint" but I found it awful. The toilet loudly leaked the entire 2 days we were there. I informed the hotel in the morning, we were gone all day, and as soon as we returned in the evening a plumber arrived and spent over an hour in our room and was not able to fix the situation. After an ill-timed knock on the door, I denied a second visit by the plumber. The situation was never fixed, and Guido said that nothing could be done for such inconvenience. If i am paying for the nicest room in a place, I don't expect to have multiple visits from a plumber, and certainly don't expect the hotel to act like they have done nothing wrong by neglecting their facilities. Other issues: Generally you can't find any staff if you need to, for some reason you are supposed to enter through a side door. The sound of people at breakfast wakes you up in the morning. the decor is strange and awful (unless you like old antiques, which I don't). . If you pay for the suite at top don't expect much other than a view, the windows are dirty and bright light enters the room early in the morning. Was a house converted into a hotel and it is not setup well to accommodate guests. Will never return.

Habitacion limpia desayuno bueno la estancia te invita a sentirte en casa.

Es una posada hermosa, área tranquila, hay estacionamiento en los alrededores y puedes ir a restaurantes a pie. El desayuno bueno aunque puede mejorar en tener mayor variedad. Los cuartos sencillos aunque necesitan un poco de remodelación. Tuvimos un poco de inconveniente para prender la calefacción. En términos generales me gustó.

Estadia maravilhosa! Café da manhã gostoso, quarto bastante aconchegante, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos e perto do centro, ficando a poucos minutos da rua principal. Amamos e indicaremos aos amigos.

El personal. Si me hacen escribir que me gustó de ahí fue el personal en la recepción y desayuno. Me pareció que vale más de lo que cuesta. Excelente servicio! Volvería y recomendaría sin problema!

Lugar confotable y personal amable. Baño compartido entre tres habitaciones, pero impecable. La única pega es que hay muchas escaleras sin ascensor: no recomendable para personas con movilidad reducida.

Loved the many common areas and complementary sweets, coffee/tea. Recommend the top floor suite for a truly special experience, with a view over the city to the sea and an outstanding space.

My mum and I had a very cozy stay at the posada. It is located in quiet residential neighborhood just a few streets away from the Main Street in Ushuaia, making it very convenient. The staff is very friendly and we met other very friendly travelers while lounging in the communal living room.

Foi uma ótima experiencia, o pessoal da recepção falava tanto ingles quanto espanhol e foram extremamente atensiosos em tudo que precisamos O quarto era lindo, e a paisagem mais ainda, o café da manhã era muito gostoso e em geral tudo era muito bom
