We stayed here for one night. Spacious, clean and quiet. It was warm and comfortable. The fact that all the rooms were full when we were there is reassuring that others feel the same

Lovely owner -unit ok but abit down in the tooth

I thought I was just a bit old dated like the spa really old and the furniture is really old and there was a funny smell in the room.

Close to beach and takeaways, handy to town. Friendly helpful owner. Parking is a tight fit but doable. 2nd time here, would come back again.

The Owner is a gentleman and he has avery good stuff.

It began with chatty and helpful David at checkin, who offered us an upgrade to an upper floor, larger suite with better airflow through the windows. He personally walked us over, and pointed out the cafe out the back gate right next door at the campground, and the bike rentals place beside it. And of course we could now see the sea too, 400m away. Big suite with comfy sofa, kitchenette, kithcen table and balcony with table and chairs too. Good sized bedroom with huge, comfy bed. Bathroom with good if creaky shower, instant heat and plenty of water pressure. Will definitely stay again if we ever return to Nelson.

They made me feel very welcome and at home from the very first minute. I love the fact that they are willing to go extra mile for everyone and make everyone feel special (as I've witnessed their attitude towards other guests too) Will definitely come back again :)

Affordable and had everything that I needed. The staff were friendly and no dramas at all. Basic but affordable.
