Very good hotel

When I checked-in room was not at all clean along with the bathroom. I could see the bad bugs on the bed. The towels were stinking and very dirty. While using the bathroom drainage was also not proper. However, they have upgraded the room after raising a concern but then there was only one light and the socket was working rest was not working. I called reception no one turned up. Due to these reasons I reduced my stay from 2 days to 1 day. Expedia helped me to refund the amount for 1 day. One thing which I like is breakfast which was really good.

The photos of the property are very misleading. The facilities in the room and the hotel are not upto the mark. Reaching the hotel from main City is a minimum of Rs 150-200 by auto. Roads are also very poor. Checkout took more than 20mins since the swiping machine did not work. Not worth the amount we spent for our stay there.
