This place is awesome. Amazing room and they offer a breakfast that is quite impressive. Next time we are in Oxford we'll be staying here!

Attending a 2 day educational course in Oxford. Friendly and efficient welcome, although I was taken to the wrong room initially (!) Everything was spotless and comfortable. Good coffee machine in the room, excellent ensuite and toiletries. No air-conditioning but electric fan was in the room. Parking on site was a big plus. Beautiful garden and plenty of seating. Negatives: the reception was locked from 6pm with no access to the breakast area reached through it until 0800, which was too late for me to have any breakfast before I had to leave for my course. Although I was told that I could collect some cold items, I didn’t get the opportunity to do so before 6pm, due to trying to connect to wifi, and therefore missed out on the hotel breakfast. Wifi did not work for my phone at all, and did not work for the TV on day 2 either. Router issue maybe? The hotel is a thick walled old building, and signal was often intermittent. It would help a lot if the breakfast room was accessible without needing to go through reception!! Second morning I didn’t have to leave as early. Excellent breakfast options, helpful staff member, and was able to leave my car there during my course after checking out.

Lovely hotel in a quiet residential area with Oxford town centre about 30 minute walk away. Staff very friendly & helpful, car park not overly big but hotel will do a parking permit so you can park on the road opposite. Breakfast was very good, plenty of selection & as weather was good we sat in the garden, so quiet, definitely recommend this hotel.

Brilliant stay!

Hot water was down. Portable fan didn't work. Booked a ground floor room but was given one on another floor. However, the staff were helpful and did the best they could.

Had a lovely stay here for my birthday, staff were very helpful.

Nous avions réservé il y a 1 an pour un mariage. L'établissement est vraiment agréable et trés confortable. Tout était au rendez vous pour un séjour fabuleux, l'accueil, la sympathie et disponibilité du personnel. Je recommande cet établissement dans un quartier calme et à l afois proche du centre ville.

Spacious, quiet, easy to check-in and out, kind staffs, good location.

My stay was amazing. It was brief, but wonderful. Spent time at the Ashmoleum Museum and then settled in at St. Margaret’s Hotel. The gentleman who checked me in was helpful with recommendations for where to get dinner. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was lovely, and I was able to meet and chat with other guests. Thank you for hosting such a pleasant stay.

Meget bra sted - reagerte bare på 2 saker: 1) Ingen åpenbar sortering av avfall, verken på rommet eller på spiserommet 2) Bruk av tepper absolutt overalt gir tett luft, så rommet må luftes jevnlig!

Great place

The accommodations are quite nice and parking onsite a plus. It actually takes 30 minutes to walk into town centre. A lovely pub and restaurant are nearby.

I counted 14 species of birds in the beautiful garden.

Cosy accommodation in the beautiful Oxford, with excellent environment and quiet rooms, at walking distance from the centre. Excellent staff and service.

Nous avons apprécié la beauté du jardin et la vue depuis la chambre triple, oiseaux écureuils. Le petit plus frigo avec boissons et les attentions sucrées. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. Très bon séjour.
