Hotel surrounded by Residential apartments. At the time of check in , the reception told me that their is no booking by my name . Then after 10 min on my request, he confirmed my booking . so this act is not appreciated. No help while shifting luggage from room till my car during check out. Not worthy for the amount I paid

This is a decent hotel and very close to airport and the Chakala metro station. Buffet breakfast had limited spread but food was good and tasty. Staffs were very good, friendly and helpful. The only drawback is - since it is located little but inside in the residential area, driver lot of times miss the signage to get to the hotel. Also cab GPS most of the pics up the hotel location from the rear entry of the neighbourhood and then it will be impossible to reach. The best and fairly easy way to reach the hotel is from Andheri - Kurla Road in front of Courtyard by Marriott side which is rarely picked up by Ola / Uber GPS.
