房間很大

唯一缺點晚上沒熱水洗澡、還好是夏天

這是第三次入住，一切還是很好。

早餐豐富可口 住宿接待親切 房間乾淨

へやは清潔使いやすい

就在市區旁，走到將軍巷不到十分鐘，性價比高

Over all is good, nice location!

The room was very nice, but the bed wasn’t comfortable. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly, I felt, but they did answer any questions I had. Of the four hotels I stayed in on my trip around Taiwan, this was my least favorite. (The restaurant staff was very nice though.)

近市區，環境舒適，已經多次回訪

枕頭扁又軟，非常難躺及入睡！ 其它還行。

隔壁房間門壞了，竟然挑午休時間來修理，開開關關的聲音把小孩吵醒，開門出去問才回覆一聲在修門，連聲抱歉也沒有 兒童遊戲室沒有人看管，不穿襪子也可以進來，衛生有疑慮。兒童遊戲室只有辦家家酒跟簡單的積木，連小型的溜滑梯都沒有 地點好，但早餐很普，隔音沒有很好，櫃檯人員態度沒有很好也不親切

Schönes Hotel, strategisch gut in der Nöge des Night market gelegen. Das Personal entspricht aber nicht dem Hotel Titel Full Kind. Immer kurz angebunden und recht unfreundlich

The hotel is great, well located and the rooms are modern and well appointed.the only problem was breakfast. Almost nothing for western tastes, which is understandable but it’s not hard to provide better cereals. Also the first morning the coffee machine was broken and there was NO coffee. They could have gone and bought a jar of instant coffee!

Good 24 hours snack area. Convenient.

Very lovely hotel in a convenient location. We really loved our stay and hope to come back one day. We also hope that torsion can come back to Hualien, as it is such a lovely city.

住宿環境整體都很不錯，交通、附近生活機能便利，但提供使用的浴巾，紗線都出現感覺用了很久，應該要更換了吧

Staff very friendly and helpful. I recommend people stay here if they visit Taroko nation park. Please check to make sure the park is open before you go. The parked was closed due to earthquake and landslides. I don’t think they reopen soon.
