Very beautiful place, convenient, good staff, good atmosphere

朝食が他のどのホテルと比較しても、味、食材の新鮮さ・豊富さ、料理の多彩さ、質の高さ、工夫、熱意、いずれも最高だった。立地も佇まいも景色も素晴らしかった。

The best hotel in the town but the bathroom facilities are not so up to date. It seems most of the hotels in Norway are not caring about this.

Great location. Double occupancy rooms on the 4th floor are really a US sized double bed.fine if you are cuddlers! Staff is exceptional for a large seasonal hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It's beautiful hotel in the heart of the small town of Flåm. We had a wonderful room with a balcony overlooking the harbor. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet. We were only here for one night, but managed to get in a nice hike up above the town and over to a beautiful waterfall. We had an excellent time.

The smell in the main hall to the elevator was awful. Bed was tiny. Old. And old.

Need renovation of the hallways, etc. the worst bed/mattress I have ever slept in my 15 days vacation in different parts of Norway. Not recommended if you need a good night sleep.

숙소는 열차와 선착장 바로 앞이어서 무척 편리합나다. 그런데 숙박비가 다소 비싸 보입니다!

Very nice hotel. conveniently located with two great restaurants and a buffet breakfast. Only thing I would request is that they put frdgesint eh rooms.

The rooms are dated, carpets did not look clean. Too expensive for the facilities but no better option in Flam

Great time!! The view from the bedroom was amazing.

Situated in a grand historic building facing the waterfront, with a multi-storey glass atrium and rustic bar that opened out into the gardens, this is clearly THE PLACE to stay in town. We enjoyed the dinner buffet upstairs at the Arven, particularly the fresh seafood selection, and a very generous breakfast spread the next morning. Our room was small and utilitarian, with a hiking trail a few yards behind the hotel building plainly visible from the widow, but noise was minimal in the evening, despite it being summer. There is left-luggage storage adjacent to the reception, which many people used to store bags while waiting for rooms to be made ready in the afternoon, or while waiting for onward transportation in the morning. Kudos to the staff: Despite it being high summer, and being slammed with cruise ship visitors and a whole batch of folks arriving on the same train as we had, the staff was cheerful and helpful, and got us all situated with amazing efficiency.

Dårlig og uoversiktlig parkeringsforhold, betalingsautomat var uoversiktlig og fikk ikke betalt, ellers var det helt greit Tips, Fretheim bør ta over parkeringen selv istedenfor eksternt firma

The hotel dominates the small Flåm hotel. It is right next to the train station and the fjord boat. The prices are astronomical but unfortunately the main and one of the only places to stay in Flåm. The rooms are nice but basic. Views of the harbor are beautiful! The breakfast is fabulous!

We were put in a very small ugly room, nothing like the ones shown on their profile site. I made reservation months ago so it wasn’t a last minute trip. Most rooms have lovely balconies with views so we expected that but were put in back with no balcony or view, for $245 per night! We needed help with our electric rental car powering, first time using that type, but staff acted very uninterested. It was all a big disappointment and I would not recommend staying here.
