Love this appartment. Communication is om point...

My overall experience was good. It's in a great location. As a first timer to this kind of check in experience I found it a little confusing and convoluted, but I'm sure it's ok if you are used to it. The facilities were great, everything an apartment needs. The main downside was no cold running water. This prevented me from having a decent shower without getting scalded. If this plumbing issue can get sorted that would be great.

Im old fashioned, all this e-checkin is a lot after driving for nearly 4 hours. Also they only had 1 pot so I had 2 go by my own. So I could cook as im not sure what I was meant to do with that. Other than that it was clean, and better than I expected so I will deffo stay again

I booked this for work. The apartment was absolutely disgusting. The company agreed we should move so did. However the next apartment wasn’t up to standard to we had to move again into a different apartment, with one less bed, this meant I had to book somewhere else for another guest who was arriving on the Wednesday.

Second stay here whilst working in London (In a different apartment this time) again perfect for facilities, location, comms and convenience, will happily book again

Great facilities

The flat smelled terrible, it was incredibly noisy. I was awakened by the door bell in the middle of the night many times. Then they moved me to another unit where the shower drain was blocked and I couldn’t adjust the temperature water. I don’t recommend it at all.

Die Uterkunft war sehr gut für einen Trip nach London. In der nähe ist direkt die Bahnstation um mit ÖPNV nach London zu fahren (Fahrzeit 15 min)

You could hear everything if you were in the apartment, people walking upstairs, the floor making a squeeky noise, people talking,...

The apartment was clean and in relatively good condition, though we did note some damage - numbers rubbed off the oven which made it hard to use, broken window latch, missing floorboard and no smoke alarm. Unfortunately, we won't be returning due to being made to believe there was free street parking within 0.3mi and no good assistance was offered finding affordable parking. The first few days cost us almost £50 just for parking!

Aparthotels beat the traditional hotel because they feel like a home away from home, particularly the ability to cook your own meals. We enjoyed our stay here because our apartment had everything we needed and was close to all amenities. We were impressed by the level and speed of communication as well as how seamless it was to check-in and out. Would happily stay here again.

it was a no frills apartment. equipment looked tired and needed replacement. electric stove top has a large crack from one end to the other. the doorbell didnt work and so i missed the postman a couple of times. there was no cleaning for the 13 days i was there. a resut of covid-19. but the location is super, a km frm eith west croydon or east croydon train station

Undoubtedly the communication and the online services by Westciti is excellent. They even had somebody to come and check the shower water at 9pm. This must be credited. But the apartment is struggling to be in good conditions: the dishwasher is totally not operational (although we’re not obligated to wash all the dishes, we just wanted to keep the apartment clean). The signs on the knobs of the oven completely faded out so we had to look up the manual on Internet to start it correctly. Then there’s no oven tray provided - they have 2 wire grids but no aluminium paper provided which might make the oven messy. Somebody complained about the boiling shower water here but we kind of fixed it ourselves - actually the knob is stuck with the hard water minerals. We turned it really hard then the water temperature becomes acceptable. The bed is comfortable though. It’s just the apartment darker than it’s shown on the pictures overall. That’s why I titled this comment: the photos look like the apartment is new but in fact the appliances are struggling here to survive. The microwave, the washer and the fridge are working well though. The checkin and checkout process is seamless and I like it. The 200 GBP deposit is unexpected and a bit overwhelming, but I think it is ok. They return it pretty quick. All in all it is a comfortable apartment as long as you can cope with the little problems left and right (I forgot to mention there is no lift for your heavy luggages), but it can be better.
