Our room was so loud near the bars, my daughter and I were unable to sleep. Even called front desk to be moved but sadly they had no spare rooms. The bed was sagging on one side. Coffee cup stains on the desk. In room ac very loud. I will definitely not be back to this Marriott.

The staff was outstanding and it is clear that they love their jobs. Will definitely be back soon.

When arrived asked for room with better view , answer was no , because I booked through Expedia. Even when Hotel was half booked . Room was clean , but fridge wasn’t working , needed to be replaced, safe was locked from previous tenants, needed to be opened by staff, housekeeping should be included in price, but I have to argue and bag to receive one: first day no service , second day full service , third day just bring towels, do not make bed, do not take trash out. It seems like they don’t like Expedia customers , they keep telling that I should book directly, which is more expensive… Only good thing was- Hotel pretty clean and parking garage ( you have to pay for it) .

The property is very clean, staff is great, Starbucks available on the main floor, steps to the beach! We asked for a handicap accessible room for my daughter who is a full time wheelchair user, and the staff was beyond accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a successful stay. Would definitely go again!

Good breakfast

Fabulous clean and modern hotel right on the beach. Excellent staff on reception checking in especially Stuart, very helpful with my Marriott account, friendly and professional! Beautiful pool , shame smoking is allowed near to pool that's the only complaint I have!!! The room I had 302 was so clean , beautiful bed and comfortable, sitting area and beautiful large bathroom. Toiletries provided in walk in shower , no bath thank goodness! Breakfast nice too plenty to choose from , definitely stopping again .

Paid for ocean view room, and you really had to look around the corner to view it! Turns out I needed to pay for ocean “facing.” In other words, don’t get tricked like I did! Also, some drunk teens in the hallways all night…annoying!

The Springhill Marriott hotel on New Smyrna Beach was extremely clean, considering it was a beach front hotel. Breakfast was perfect. The service at the front desk was great! Mr. Smith was very attentive and kind.

Safe great for families

The room was spacious. Walk in closet was a plus. Cute little sitting area with an office space. Large bathroom too.

The hotel was wonderful! The rooms are very nice and clean, parking is very convenient, and the complimentary breakfast was great! Everything I needed and more!

Perfect location right on the beach. The room's view from the 4th floor was also beautiful. Staff was very helpfull. Rooms spacious, clean and with good amenities. All you have to pack is your clothes, swimsuit and sun protection.

Located right on the ocean

Thought I was getting a room with a view but nope, overlooking the parking lot and not much else. Picture showed a room with a view. Toilet didn’t work so we had to manually adjust the tank fill from inside the tank every time. Shower was a little ick. Staff at check in and breakfast were very nice.
