The room is big a lot space like a apartment

This continental breakfast was absolutely the most disgusting continental breakfast I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

Great spot in tbe middle of Downtown C-ville. Close to.the main street mall. Service was great

The hotel was nice. Unfortunately our room was under the smoking area and our room smelled of smoke. Plus we had a room next to someone who had the television on loud 24/7. Not what I expect from a Hilton property.

Comfortable room. Breakfast had more limited options than what we are used to. But we slept well.

we were looking for a place close to the pedestrian mall and it fit the bill. Very comfortable beds!

The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was central and most of the attractions we were going to were in walking distance. Free parking and great breakfast!

Quick trip. Woman at check in wasn’t particularly friendly. Charged $10 for parking despite the fact the lot was empty. Rug I. The room was stained in several Places, AC was noisy. Another woman at the front desk set off the fire alarm at 4am which was really annoying.

We had a lovely stay except for the random fire alarm that went off at 4am! Very clean, friendly and helpful staff.

Your pet policy was a bit unclear. I checked pet when I booked, then after I checked in the clerk charged me an additional fee for our dog. I may have missed it on the booking page, but you might want to verify that the pet charge is on your booking page.

Great property for family! We had seamless check in… the rooms are big and have everything you need. The kids loved the heated pool and breakfast! Definitely will choose Home2 suites again in the future when we travel

Met out needs while touring the area. An events board in the lobby would’ve been a nice add to display local and walkable happening. Breakfast was fair at best, but rooms clean and spacious. Staff couldn’t add military discount to our reservation at checking..

Great location, nice rooms with good parking

Very nice

First off, the night manager was friendly and incredibly helpful. We got in very late and she was amazing. The bed was firm but not uncomfortable. My only knock is the "suite" was not a separate room. It was a curtain that separated the bed from the sofa so if someone was watching the one tv, YOU were also watching whether you liked it or not. The picture was a bit misleading. The kitchen was impressive though. Full fridge, microwave and dishwasher which we didn't even need for a weekend stay but nice to have.

Great location, easy parking, clean and safe

All of the accommodations were excellent. We did have an issue with hot water in the shower a few times but other than that it was a great place to stay and a super great location.

Easy check in, clean and close to doning and entertainment. Will definitely look to book here again.

I specifically booked this hotel for the indoor pool, even called the day before to verify the pool was heated, the pool was out of order. We booked a suite and we were given a studio. I have emailed Expedia twice and haven’t heard back. I would like some sort of refund or credit for another suite. Thank you.
