Lovely staff who were so helpful. Unfortunately our room wasn’t great. A small window at the top of the wall on one side of the room with no views at all. A broken curtain and a metal outside blind that was down and unable to be lifted meant the room felt shabby and closed in. The room was a good size and bathroom ok. Great for walking around to the old town but that was reallly the best that can be said. On an 8 week trip and this was by far the most disappointing accommodation. The kind and helpful staff were the only endearing part of the stay.

Can I Be Frank ! It was a luxury to be in Split at the Riva Luxury rooms. Loved the location with so many restaurants options within a 2 minute walk: Just up front you can find a well stocked grocery store! taxi and buses less than a minute away; beautiful view of harbour and less than 10 minutes walk to other side of harbour (walking the promenade was a highlight everytime), , very clean room service and great AC for those hot days A special thanks to Branko for driving from and to Airport. and YES We would return to the same RIVA LUXURY Room (on 2nd fl) :-)

Really lovely property in the heart of the old town. We arrived late due to a delayed departure and were given super clear instructions on how to access the room and the property. Lovely room, quiet and spacious. Would happily return.

Great property with super friendly/helpful people and outstanding location. Room was very clean and spacious. Centrally located and convenient yet still quiet. Loved being on the first floor so we didn't have to haul suitcases up lots of stairs. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience at Riva Luxury Rooms! Highly recommend staying here. The suite was spacious and plenty of room for 2 adults and a child. Only set back was no lift but the stairs were manageable. I can’t say enough good things about the staff, so warm and welcoming. They reached out to us prior to our arrival and were flexible with our check in time. 10/10 stay at Riva Luxury Rooms!

Really enjoyed our one night stay in Split. Easy to locate, clean and friendly staff. Also easy to store luggage before/after check in and extremely safe/secure.

Cannot recommend staying here enough. Host was so kind and accommodating with check in, allowed us to store our bags. Room is insanely clean and spacious, as well as comfortable. Location is perfect. Would stay here again!
