This was a spacious, clean, room with air-conditioning & a large screen TV and a kitchenette (though no refrigerator) located near the main square of the city. The building was quiet, and the manager was very friendly and helpful. The only problem was there was no hot water, but this may have been a temporary problem. The price was very reasonable, and the room is much better than others in Zagreb that are more expensive. There is no elevator, & it is on the 3rd floor. I didn't find this to be a problem, although I am not elderly or infirm. I absolutely recommend this place , and look forward to staying there every time I come back.

Great room! Big and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood near everything. Would definitely recommend and stay here again next time I am in Zagreb!

The host/owner was amazing. Despite I was very late for check in due to some issues, he has been very supportive and waited for me until midnight. Everything was smooth and the room was in great condition, big in size and very clean. I felt like it is a 4-star hotel. Definitely, I recommend this place to other people.

Comoda da raggiungere, molto pulita e con i confort necessari per alloggiare pochi giorni.

O local é bom, pois é uma rua pequena e tranquila. É próximo do centro, podendo fazer os passeios a pé. Não há porteiro e isso foi um problema, pois as fechaduras eram eletrônicas e uma ficou sem energia, o que impediu a nossa entrada no quarto. Ligamos diversas vezes para o responsável, mas nunca atendeu às nossas ligações. Tivemos de comprar uma bateria para poder entrar no quarto. A porta do box (vidro blindado) estava quebrada, ameaçando cair.
