the adequate version of Home2Suites, needs more updating and renovation. Had a 3-night stay booked but staff cancelled my reservation after one night and I had to re-book the very last room they had available.

Book this hotel online and they called me that the room was no longer available because of some system error.

I really like the fact that it felt very Homie. I was only staying for one night, but wished I could’ve stayed longer. The only thing I didn’t really like is the pool was very cold.

Overall the stay was alright. The room was clean and up to par. The only rhing i didnt like was that we asked for our room to get clean sheets and restocked towels after our first night and although the bed was done and the trash taken out, we recieved no towels and none of the trash cans had liners in them. I would stay again if i had to.

The king suite was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was surprisingly good for a hotel breakfast. The gym is small, but it has a little bit of everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was very busy while we stayed, but the lady at the front desk was friendly, helpful and had everything under control!

Great place for a stay!

Hotel room was spacious and had a nice kitchenette. It was very clean and staff was helpful. I would stay there again.

What was unique about the place is that your room goes out over the balcony that goes around the inside pool. What I didn't like about it is all the people hanging out in front of the doors.

Room had dirt on the floor, dead mouse next to the bed, no shampoo or body wash in the dispensers.

Third time we have stayed here. Going to stay here in one of these in Chicago on our next trip

We really like Home2 suites, We got the opportunity to bring our grand daughter, and she had so much fun The rooms are very nice and spacious clean and the staff were very cordial and the breakfast was good

Had a family emergency and they still charged me with a 4 day notice. I used my one key cash to get this room and Expedia isn’t refunding that either. Corporate greed at its finest. As a gold member you would think I’d be treated better. I’m not using Expedia or Hilton ever again.

Elevator was down for the entirely of our entire stay, and we were not compensated or provided meaningful alternatives to navigate this accessibility issue.

Staff was truly outstanding. They went out of their way to please.
