It was incredible. I'm one of the lucky people who always get the better room in a hotel. However, I have to say that Kensington Prime is the one that I'm most impressed with everything straight from the receptionist, who was so kind, caring and friendly (once again I really appreciate your assist), to the hotel facilities. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and would surely go back for another stay. I'm sorry if I write something wrong since English is not my first language.

Excellent place to stay: comfy beds, good ac/heat, great breakfast, and just a walk away from major transport.

Short stay to visit Royal Albert Hall. Small room but clean and friendly. Breakfast was a lovely bonus. Great location.

Breakfast was buffet style in the greenhouse area which was nice. They had a good variety of foods available. Even though they had the same food every day they had a nice variety so you could have something different each day.

Location was nice. Grocery and restaurants available in walking distance. Bed linen were little dirty when checked with UV light. Shower flooded and there was not enough warm water in the mornings. Air ventilation was bad. Window must be kept open to get some air. Basic London hotel. But too expensive I would say. Location though was nice.

Hyvä aamiainen, ystävällinen henkilökunta, rauhallinen sijainti. Huone pieni, mutta toimiva. Metropysäkki noin 2 min päässä, mutta tämä metrolinja ei ole käytössä jatkuvasti, kuten päälinjat joten iltaisin joutui kävelemään noin 15 min matkan kaukaisemmalta pysäkiltä hotellille.

Stanze molto piccole ma pulite e dotate di tutto, bisogna un po’ adattarsi alle dimensioni, ma c’è un buon rapporto qualità prezzo per essere a Londra. Zona molto tranquilla e sicura. Personale molto gentile, ci fornivano acqua gratuitamente e la colazione era un po’ basica ma abbastanza buona. Nel complesso lo consiglierei per un breve soggiorno.

The property is located in an area that felt very safe and was within walking distance of a train station to easily travel as needed. Was also located near several restaurants and shops to pick up anything needed. The room was great aside from the shower. The large shower head in the ceiling had very poor water flow while the handheld nozzle had much more power. My room was located on the lowest level of the property which was very secure but also a bit noisy since I could hear all foot traffic activity in the front office which was directly above my room. The breakfasts each morning were great with a lot of variety. I would recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay in the London area.

Lovely hotel close to Westfield shopping centre. Would stay again.
