Clean and comfortable

We would recommend this hotel, the only issue was the door didnt lock, and I could not find any staff to alert?

Manager was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, neat and had everything I needed. They take pride in how they present their rooms and it shows. Bed was comfortable, and had electric blanket. Nice greenery view outside, and in warmer weather would be nice to sit out and eat as they provide outdoor furniture too. Well maintained place. Will definitely come back. Thank you

Very clean lovely place to stay with park like garden and lawn to stretch your legs and relax on park bench. Beautiful friendly family operating the motel.

I loved my stay at the Arthur Phillip Motor Inn! It's clean and only about a 15 minute walk to Cowes. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk away. I had no car but I had no issues going to where I wanted to go as long as I worked around the bus schedules. I was able to see the Penguin Parade, the Seal cruise, Smiths Beach, and the Koala Conservation Reserve. The owner was the nicest guy! He gave me some sunflower seeds and these colorful birds (rainbow lorikeets) came and ate them straight out of my hand! The birds can tweet rather loudly, so bring a white noise machine or noise cancelling headphones if that bothers you, but for the price, you'll be hard pressed to find a better place than this.

The room was spacious. The bed comfortable and the sheets felt great. It was about a 15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. The parking was safe and secure.

Perfect accommodation for my track day at Phillip Island. Only a 10min drive from the track and an easy 5 minute walk into town for dinner. I had my bike parked right out the front of my room which made packing, unpacking and bike prep a breeze. The staff were absolutely lovely! Couldn’t be happier with my stay.

The room was absolutely spotless, had everything you needed ie mini fridge, plenty of shelving, dining room table and lounge suite. The room was also really well laid out - the spa bath is in the main room with the bedroom but there is a separate bathroom which contains the toilet and shower allowing privacy. In a great location - not in the centre of Phillip Island so can avoid the traffic when it builds up but still in walking distance from lots of places to eat. The staff were very friendly and the spa bath was such a luxury.

Nice large and clean room, however the shower base and spa bath base are worn and could do with being refurbished.
