Great location

Maravilhosa estadia!!

Such a great hotel. The rooms were very nice and the area was great, as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, convenient, nicely located

The transportation company the hotel uses not good at all. We booked a half day cape tour and they cancelled on us an hour before. The return transfer to airport was supposed to pick us at 5:30 AM. They never showed. We had to scramble to get Uber and stressed about missing flight. Staff has triuble speaking English. In general not what I expected from Radisson.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, zu Fuß ist das Zentrum in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Der Pool ist am Dach, nicht besonders groß, aber reicht aus. Daneben kann man Essen und Trinken. Wir hatten 3 Zimmer, je nach lange waren die ruhig oder man hörte die ganze Nacht irgendwelchen Lärm. Das Personal ist teilweise aufmerksam und sehr nett, aber leider nicht alle. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber der Service sehr wechselhaft. Manche Tage wird die Seife täglich ausgetauscht, obwohl es nicht notwendig ist, dann hat man viel zu viele Handtücher und am nächsten Tag sind alle weg und man muss reklamieren. Hauptgrund für 2 Sterne Abzug ist aber, dass an einen Tag nach der Reinigung vergessen wurde die Zimmertür zu schließen. Als wir abends ins Hotel kamen stand die offen. Den ganzen Tag hätte jeder ins Zimmer gehen und etwas entwenden können. Fehler können zwar passieren, das ist aber unbedingt zu vermeiden.

Ein gutes Hotel direkt an der Waterfront. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit schönem Blick auf die Berge und eine Werft. Sehr gutes Frühstück, allerdings auch laut, wenn größere Reisegruppen anwesend. Bett sehr komfortabel und das Zimmer ruhig.

Very convenient location to visit Robben Island, and take a cruise ship.

近代アフリカ美術館の隣で、V&Aウォーターフロントまでも歩いてすぐ、というロケーションが抜群でした。小さいお部屋でしたが、必要なものは揃っていました。スタッフみんな感じが良かったです。ウェルカムドリンクがジントニックでした。

No AC No interest from staff poor front of house

Check in was terrible we arrived early and left our bags but were told we could check in early but went out and came back at the check in time to be told we had to wait another hour. We went back 1 hour later and there was still not a room available so we asked to see the manager and 20 minutes later we got a room. Just not good enough when we had an over night flight with very little sleep the night before.

Great welcome quick check-in and complimentary upgrade to Mountain View! Rooftop bar is a bonus and nice place to chill. Would highly recommend the hotel and a great location too!

The best location in Cape Town city. Right on the V and A Waterfront. Very safe at all times. Lots to do and see. Restaurants! Definitely recommended. We extended our stay

We came for 2 or 3 days and stayed for 5. Perfect location. We could walk the V and A waterfront with no worries. Front desk staff were very helpful. Tour coordinator got us on the right tours. Great place. Highly recommend. (Pool not so good. Rooftop pool bar…great)

We were assigned to a room designed for handicap folks but we are not. Consequently, the bathroom mirror was too low and the shower area was completely open.
