We did not stay at this hotel bc the water wasn’t working

My family and I booked this room after our flight was delayed, so very last minute.We ended up checking in fairly late at night. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable!

This property would not honor a cancellation due to health reasons and say it was because i cancelled to soon? Does that make any sense? Was i suppose to cancel when i got there? I thought the manager Amy was helping me and she actually lied and said it was out of Hiltons hands but when i talk to Expedia they say that Hilton is calling the shots. Which one is lying? Sad when something like this happens. It is disgraceful on both parts. I will be spreading the word

It’s very noisy. Bring your earplugs. Other than that is was perfect.

Loud traffic noise from street on north side of hotel.

Everything was great. Clean and near to Ann Morrison park. Able to see fireworks on 4th July

Very convenient walking distance for dining, including Ruth's Chris. The room was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The parking fee is really annoying. I don't understand what hotels expect you to do...show up without a car? Hotels should not charge their guests to use their parking lot while paying hundreds of dollars to rent a room. Other than that. The room was very clean. I am picky...so I was happy. So easy to walk around downtown. Panera just across the parking lot. It was a great, one night stay..

First stay was road noise not acceptable our second stay two weeks later we were given a quieter room and stay was much better had a flat bread for dinner that was very good-the staff person was very friendly
