Accommodating early check in was a welcome surprise. Great location. Close to Victoria station which allowed us ample access to get where we needed to begin our exploration

This is a charming small hotel excellently located. The rooms are small but the space is used efficiently and had everything we needed. Beds are super comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again!

Clean and nice staff. Basic room size. No lift and quite steeply stairs for a building 4 floors. Not worth the price paid.

Hubo problemas con mi reservación, tuvieron problemas en su sistema y no tenían registrada mi reserva ya pagada. Nos movieron a otro hotel a unas cuadras, al cual nos tuvimos que trasladar caminando por nuestra cuenta ya que no se nos aviso con anticipación para que nuestro uber nos llevara al destino que correspondía. Es bueno saber que te dan soluciones pero deberían avisarte con anticipación

Well located boutique hotel. Short walk to both Victoria Coach and Train stations, as well as several restaurants. The room is small (think interior cruise ship) but functional and clean. The room was ready on time and the staff was extremely friendly!

Very nice, quiet & private. Walking access to local sites such as Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Parliament & the Seine River. Only a few blocks from the Victoria Train and Bus Station.

Was a bit nervous about room size after reading some reviews. However, there was no issue at all. Hotel is quaint and well decorated size of room was bigger than I get in other parts of UK never mind London/ Great location just minutes from multiple restaurants and pubs

Enjoyed my stay at the Beverly, got a good workout going up and down 3 flight of stairs.

We expected a clean, quaint boutique hotel and that’s absolutely how I would describe The Beverley Hotel. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. There is no elevator. Not a problem for us, but ask for a lower level if that’s an issue for you, for sure. There’s not a vanity in the bathroom, just an fyi. The location is great. The Victoria Station is close with necessity shopping nearby. We went to St. George’s Tavern twice and it was really good!

Beautiful and quaint hotel loved our stay

Many of the outlets did not work. It took a couple of requests to get someone to figure out how to get the air conditioner working. Maybe that is why the room was a bit musty. We were not in the main building, but a small house/room just behind the building. This is the only room they have for 3 people to stay together.

Relocated us the day of traveling from Los Angeles to a Holiday Inn Express. Gave us a free breakfast? I want a refund for one night.

Location is perfect and the people were tremendous at the front desk.

Great central location if you want to talk from the coach station to some great sites in london.the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The room is quite tiny, and it is a walkup without elevator so keep that in mind. This wasn't an issue for us. The staff was friendly, and they left a little amenity kit on the bed which was a nice touch. I want to give this hotel a higher rating but the carpets in the bedroom were atrocious. They appear to have once been beige but have black dirt all over them. I made the mistake of removing my shoes and you could FEEL the sludge in the carpet. We had to wear slippers the whole time we were there. I'd highly recommend a deep clean of the carpets... It would have elevated our stay significantly.

The room was so small i could not fit my luggage in the room. It had to go behind the door and could barely fit out. This would be excusable as all I needed was a bed, but the service was awful. I recieved a message saying that early check in is available dependent on room availability. When I arrived I was told nothing was available yet. That was fine. But when I asked if he could tell me when a room became available he said I could just check in at 3 when I'm supposed to. After a flight that landed at 6am I was exhausted and had to spend from 8-3 walking the streets of London. It was fun, but if you want a break, don't expect one here.

Comfy space

Great location, clean room. Small but all as listed.

The staff were kind in that they saw we were elderly and the only twin bed rooms were on the third floor so they moved us to the first floor with a double and very comfortable pull-out single.

The Beverley Hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Victoria Station with easy access to the Tube and major London sights. There are lots of cute dining spots nearby, and the rooms are very clean. They are small, but that’s typical for London and didn’t bother us at all.
