Accueil moyen, le hic et le pompon, c’est pour le parking payant, c’est le premier arrivé qui prend la place, je ne trouve pas ça logique et c’est bien la première fois que je vois ça. Je n’y reviendrai pas…En même temps, le parking payant de la gare, est bien moins cher….

O hotel é muito bom, porém cheguei às 21:00 e não havia vaga de estacionamento conforme anunciado.

There are no clear signs to parking for the hotel and we ended up parking on the multi storey next to it. The reception on checking in was dismal, not very welcoming and when asked for a quiet room, she replied that all the rooms are quiet. This was not the case as we were wakened with ongoing road resurfacing works that started just after 6am the next morning. The carpet in the room was dirty, we collected bits of mud from around the room. It was clear it had not been hoovered and the mirror was dirty. Breakfast was poor! All 3 members of staff were stood chatting whilst tables needed clearing and breakfast options replenishing. We had to ask for more of the hot food (which in the end wasn’t worth bothering with). We also asked for croissants and one member of staff finally replenished breakfast items as more guests arrived for breakfast along with us. I would not recommend this hotel.

Efficient check-in. Helpful staff. Good location. Basic but functional hotel

Det var bare en resepjonist som drar ned vurderingen. Hun var hele tiden småsur og vanskelig komunisere med.

Good location easy access to get on the tram. No parking available so had to park in car park nearby. Good location so opted to walk to market and cafe for breakfast instead of staying in hotel.

Spiste ikke morgenmad.

Tæt på stationen og byen. Værelse rent og pænt super badeværelse og god kaffe på værelset.

Great hotel very close for tram to city centre

The air conditioning was great, hotel was near a variety of restaurants.

Pour l'hôtellerie rien à redire tout était bien le personnel à l'écoute et très aimable. Je regrette que pour le repas du soir ( un dimanche !) même pas pizzas juste une salade chèvre chaud, un peu de choix serait bienvenu !

L’accueil est très sympathique avec beaucoup d’aide, une grande chambre vue sur les flèches de la cathédrale illuminée très bon petit déjeuner venez vous le personnel est au petit soin

Chambre familiale spacieuse. Excellente literie, et personnel adorable.

Hôtel idéalement situer si vous voulez être proche de la gare chambre de bonne dimension. Personnel accueil très agréable

Hotel récent donc propre et moderne ! Attention au manager de ne pas évaluer son personnel devant les clients et de façon agressive et non respectueuse ! Je n’y retournerai pas pour ça et j’ai failli intervenir car c’était trop difficile d’assister à cet échange !
